The RUIZU X52 is a portable clip MP3 player designed for active lifestyles, featuring Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, a 1.5-inch TFT color screen, and multiple functions including music playback, FM radio, voice recording, e-book reading, and a pedometer. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your device.

Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your RUIZU X52 MP3 player. Connect the device to a computer's USB port or a compatible USB wall adapter using the provided USB cable. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge typically provides up to 10 hours of battery life.

2. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side) to turn the device on or off.

3. Inserting a TF Card (Optional)

The RUIZU X52 has built-in flash memory (available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB variants). To expand storage, insert a MicroSD (TF) card into the designated slot. The device supports TF cards up to 128GB. Ensure the card is inserted correctly.

4. Connecting Wired Earphones

Plug the provided wired earphones (or any standard 3.5mm earphones) into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the device. Wired earphones are required for FM Radio functionality as they act as an antenna.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation

The RUIZU X52 features touch-tone operation. Use the directional buttons (up, down, left, right) and the central play/pause button for menu navigation and selection. The 'M' button typically accesses menu options, and the back arrow button returns to the previous screen.

The RUIZU X52 features Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless audio.

Important Note: The Bluetooth function of this MP3 player CANNOT pair with computers, phones, or car systems. It is designed for pairing with Bluetooth headphones and speakers only. Bluetooth also does not support video playback or FM Radio.

4. FM Radio

To use the FM Radio function, you must connect wired headphones to the 3.5mm jack. The wired headphones act as the antenna.

6. File Transfer

Connect the MP3 player to a Windows PC using the USB cable to transfer music, videos, e-books, and other supported files to its internal memory or an inserted TF card. The device will appear as a removable storage drive.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Device does not power on.Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
Cannot connect via Bluetooth.
  • Ensure your Bluetooth headphones/speaker are in pairing mode.
  • Remember, the MP3 player's Bluetooth cannot pair with phones, computers, or car systems.
  • Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering.
FM Radio not working.
  • Wired headphones must be plugged into the 3.5mm jack to act as an antenna.
  • Bluetooth headphones cannot be used for FM Radio.
TF card not recognized.
  • Ensure the TF card is inserted correctly.
  • Check if the card is formatted correctly (FAT32 is common).
  • Verify the card is not damaged and is within the supported size limit (up to 128GB).
Cannot transfer files from phone.File transfer is primarily supported via USB connection to a Windows PC. Direct transfer from phones is not supported.
Display language is incorrect.Navigate to the settings menu and select your preferred language from the 28 supported options.
