3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components and ports of your charging hub.

- Battery Charging Ports (x2): Slots for inserting DJI Mini 3/Mini 3 Pro batteries. Output: 8.5V==3.8A (Max).
- TYPE-C Input Port: For connecting the charging hub to a power source. Input: 5V/9V/12V--3A (Max) or 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V--3A (depending on model variant).
- USB Output Port: For charging external devices (power bank function). Output: 5V/2A.
- Function Button: Used to check battery levels and switch modes.
- LCD Screen: Digital display for real-time charging information.
4. Setup and Charging Instructions
4.1 Initial Setup
- Preparation: Ensure battery contacts on both the drone batteries and the charging hub are clean and free of debris.
- Placement: Place the charging hub on a stable, flat, and well-ventilated surface.
- Insert Battery: Slide the drone battery into the charging slot, ensuring it aligns with the polarity guide and makes firm contact with the metal terminals. The digital display will activate.
- Connect Power: Plug the provided USB-C to USB-C charging cable into the TYPE-C input port of the charging hub, then connect the other end to a compatible power adapter (e.g., wall charger, car charger, power bank). Ensure your power adapter supports PD (Power Delivery) and QC3.0 for optimal charging speeds.

4.2 Charging Modes
The charging hub supports two main modes: Charge Mode (for full charge) and Storage Mode (for optimal long-term battery health).

- Charge Mode: Fully charges the battery. The display will show "Full" or "Charging" with percentage, voltage, current, temperature, and cycle count.
- Storage Mode: Charges or discharges the battery to approximately 60-65% for long-term storage. This helps prevent battery decay and bulging. If a battery is already above 60-65%, it will not be charged further in this mode.
4.3 Charging Process
- Once connected to power and batteries are inserted, the hub will automatically begin charging.
- The digital display will show the charging status for each channel (CH1, CH2).
- If the input power is ≥ PD 45W, two batteries can be charged simultaneously. If input is < PD 45W, only a single battery can be charged, prioritizing the battery with higher power.
- The charger charges batteries one by one in sequence, prioritizing the battery with higher power first if simultaneous charging is not possible.
- Completion: Charging is complete when the display indicates "Full" or 98-99% charge (see User Tips for overcharge protection). Unplug the charger from the wall first, then remove the battery.

4.4 Checking Battery Level
You can check the battery level without inserting the battery into the drone.
- Insert the battery into a charging slot.
- Press the function button once. The digital display will show the battery level and other information for approximately 8 seconds.

4.5 Power Bank Functionality
The charging hub can use a drone battery as a power source to charge other USB devices.
- Ensure a charged drone battery is inserted into one of the charging slots.
- Connect your external device (e.g., smartphone, remote control) to the USB output port using a compatible USB cable.
- The hub will begin charging your device. The digital display may show "USB Out" status.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Always disconnect the charger from power before cleaning. Wipe the unit with a dry cloth only. Do not use wet cloths or chemical solvents, as these can damage the electronic components.
- Storage: Allow the charger to cool down completely before storing. Store the charging hub and its cable in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use for extended periods.
- Battery Care: For long-term battery storage, use the "Storage Mode" to bring batteries to 60-65% charge. This prolongs battery life and prevents degradation.
6. Troubleshooting
- Charger not turning on/display not active:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the charger's TYPE-C input port and the power adapter.
- Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live outlet.
- Re-insert the battery to ensure proper contact.
- Battery not charging:
- Check the digital display for any error messages or unusual readings.
- Ensure battery contacts are clean.
- Verify that the battery is inserted correctly and firmly.
- If using a power adapter with less than PD 45W, only one battery can be charged at a time. Remove one battery and try charging the other.
- Do not attempt to charge damaged, leaking, or swollen batteries. Replace them immediately.
- Charging stops at 98-99%:
- This is normal behavior. The charger is designed to stop charging just before 100% to prevent overcharging, which is beneficial for battery safety and longevity.
- Overheating during charging:
- Ensure the charger is placed on a stable, flat, and well-ventilated surface.
- Do not cover the charger with clothes or paper during charging.
- If overheating persists, disconnect the charger immediately and contact support.

8. User Tips
- Optimal Battery Health: For long-term storage (more than a few days), always use the "Storage Mode" to bring your drone batteries to approximately 60-65% charge. This significantly extends their lifespan.
- Understanding Full Charge: It is normal for the charger to stop charging at 98-99%. This is a built-in overcharge protection feature designed to protect the battery and prolong its life.
- Power Adapter Choice: To achieve the fastest charging times, use a power adapter that supports PD (Power Delivery) and provides at least 45W output. This allows for simultaneous charging of two batteries.
- Ventilation is Key: Always ensure the charging hub is placed in a well-ventilated area and not covered during operation to prevent overheating.
- Check Compatibility: Before charging, always ensure the charger's output voltage matches your battery's rated voltage to prevent damage.
