1. Introduction

5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your endoscope camera system:

  1. Charge the Battery: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the 5600mAh power bank and a 5V1A USB power adapter (not included). Charge until the power indicator lights show full charge (approximately 4 hours).
  2. Assemble the Monitor: Attach the 4.3-inch LCD monitor to the main reel unit. The screen is equipped with dampers, allowing you to adjust its viewing angle (0-90 degrees rotation).
  3. Connect the Camera: Carefully connect the camera head to the end of the fiberglass cable. Ensure a secure connection.
  4. Attach Protective Cover: Depending on the pipe diameter, select the appropriate protective cover (25mm or 50mm) and attach it to the camera head. This helps center the camera and protect it.
  5. Insert TF Card: If not already inserted, gently push the 16GB TF card into the TF card slot on the monitor unit until it clicks into place.
  6. Connect Power Bank: Connect the power bank to the monitor unit using the USB battery output port.
  7. Power On: Press the 'OFF/ON' button on the monitor to turn on the system. The working indicator light should illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions

Once the system is set up, you can begin your inspection:

  1. Adjust Monitor Angle: Adjust the monitor to a comfortable viewing angle using the dampers.
  2. Adjust LED Brightness: Use the 'LED+' and 'LED-' buttons on the monitor to adjust the brightness of the camera's LED lights. This is crucial for optimal visibility in dark environments.
  3. Start Recording (DVR models): If your model includes DVR functionality, press the 'MODE' button to switch to recording mode, then press 'OK' to start/stop recording. The 'REC' indicator will show when recording is active.
  4. Capture Photos (DVR models): In live view mode, press the 'OK' button to capture a still image.
  5. Navigate Menus: Use the 'MENU' button to access system settings. Use 'LED+' and 'LED-' to navigate options and 'OK' to select.
  6. Insert Camera: Carefully feed the camera head and fiberglass cable into the pipe or area to be inspected. Use the reel to control the cable length.
  7. Monitor Live Feed: Observe the live video feed on the 4.3-inch IPS color monitor.
  8. Retrieve Camera: Once the inspection is complete, slowly retract the cable using the reel.
  9. Power Off: Press and hold the 'OFF/ON' button to turn off the system.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your endoscope camera:

  • Cleaning the Camera Head: After each use, especially in dirty environments, gently clean the camera head with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Cleaning the Cable: Wipe down the fiberglass cable as you retract it to remove any debris.
  • Monitor Care: Clean the monitor screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Battery Storage: If storing for an extended period, ensure the power bank is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
  • Storage: Store the entire system in its original toolbox in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
