8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not power on with ignition. Incorrect power wiring; loose connection; blown fuse. Check all power cable connections (refer to wiring diagram). Ensure the ACC wire is correctly connected to an ignition-switched power source. Check vehicle fuses.
No sound from speakers. Speaker wires incorrectly connected; volume too low; mute function active. Verify speaker wiring. Increase volume. Check if the unit is muted.
Touch screen unresponsive or inaccurate. Software glitch; screen calibration needed. Restart the unit. If the issue persists, check for a screen calibration option in settings.
GPS signal is weak or lost. GPS antenna not properly installed or obstructed; unit in an area with poor satellite reception. Ensure the GPS antenna is securely connected and placed in a location with a clear view of the sky. Move to an open area.
Bluetooth connection issues. Pairing error; device not discoverable; interference. Delete previous pairings on both devices and re-pair. Ensure both devices are in pairing mode. Reduce interference from other electronic devices.
Steering wheel controls not working. Incorrect wiring of CAN-Bus or steering wheel control wires; controls not configured in settings. Verify the wiring for steering wheel controls. Access the steering wheel control settings in the unit's menu and configure the buttons.

If problems persist, you may try resetting the unit to factory settings using the keyword 1234. Note that this will erase all personal data and settings.
