General Assembly Directions
- Before installing the central locking system, thoroughly understand the structure of the car door where it will be installed. Ensure the installation location does not affect the window's motion.
- After installing the lock, roll the window up and down a few times to ensure no scratching occurs. Then, replace the door panel.
- The controller is sealed with super-sonic waterproof materials. Do not attempt to disassemble or take apart the unit yourself. Seek an experienced or qualified professional for any internal issues.
- Ensure the host antenna is straightened and positioned away from metal parts to avoid affecting the remote control receiving distance.
- Install the host firmly. Ensure the wiring harness is long enough to avoid being pulled too tightly, which could cause issues during driving.
Wiring Diagram
The following diagram illustrates the connections for the control unit and door lock actuators. Pay close attention to wire colors and their corresponding functions.
Figure 4: System Wiring Diagram
- RED (10A FUSE): +12V Power
- BLACK: GND (Ground)
- BROWN: Connects to manual switch remote control system
- WHITE: Connects to manual switch remote control system
- BLUE/GREEN: Connect to door lock actuators (specific connections for drive seat and left/right after seat car doors)
- GREEN: Trunk release wire
- GULES (Red): Warning light
- ANT: Antenna wire (ensure it is straightened and not near metal)
Important: Wiring harness should avoid high temperature and high voltage positions. Secure all connections firmly with insulation tape.
Actuator Installation Examples
These examples illustrate how to install the door lock actuators within the car door panels.
- Front Driver-Side Door: Remove the door panel. Place the lock and metal piece on the metal board and stabilize it. Insert the connecting stick into the right side hole (refer to Figure 5, left image) and connect it straight down to the lock. Test by pulling the stick to see if it moves with other locks. (The front passenger-side assembly is similar).
- Rear Driver-Side Door: Place the lock and metal piece on the metal board and stabilize it (refer to Figure 5, right image). On the bottom left stabilizing hole of the door panel, insert the connecting stick into the hole on the right. Pull the stick down and extend it to find a suitable spot, then connect it to the lock. (The rear passenger-side assembly is similar).

- Press any button on the first remote control. If the host performs a lock action, the remote control has been successfully matched.
- Repeat step 2 for any other remote controls you wish to pair. The host can match up to four remote controls.
- The host will automatically save the remote control codes and exit the learning state after 15 seconds of inactivity.
Note: If you are having trouble pairing, ensure the remote control batteries are fresh (CR2016 type).
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
If the remote controlling distance becomes shorter or the indicator light on the remote becomes dimmer, it's time to change the battery.
- The remote controls use CR2016 type batteries.
- To replace, carefully open the remote control casing, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2016 battery with the correct polarity.
- Close the casing securely.
Warning: Do not expose the main controller or remote controller to water or high temperatures. The control unit is sealed with waterproof materials; do not attempt to open it.
