6.2 Paper Roll Installation
The QR204 printer features an easy paper structure for convenient loading.
- Open the paper outlet cover on the front panel of the printer.
- Insert a 58mm thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom and the leading edge extends out of the paper outlet.
- Close the paper outlet cover securely.

6.3 Connecting the Printer
The printer offers multiple interface options:
- USB Interface: Connect the printer to your host device using the provided USB cable.
- TTL/RS232 Serial Interface: Use the wiring harness to connect the 5-Pin Serial Port to your system's TTL or RS232 interface, depending on your printer model. Ensure correct pin assignments (TX, RX, GND, etc.).
- Power Connection: Connect the 3-Pin Power Port to a DC 5V-9V power source.

- Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and reconnecting power.
