Installation Steps (General)
- Prepare CPU and Motherboard: Clean the CPU surface thoroughly. Apply thermal paste (included) to the center of the CPU in a pea-sized dot or thin line. The cooler features a slightly convex copper bottom for optimal contact.
- Install Mounting Brackets: Attach the appropriate mounting brackets for your CPU socket to the pump head.
- Mount Radiator and Fans: Secure the radiator to an available mounting location in your PC case (e.g., top, front, or rear). Ensure fans are oriented for optimal airflow (typically exhausting air out of the case when mounted at the top/rear, or intaking air when mounted at the front).
- Install Pump Head: Carefully place the pump head onto the CPU, aligning it with the mounting holes. Secure it with the provided screws, tightening them in a cross pattern until snug.
- Connect Cables:
- Fan Connection: The cold exhaust fan connects to the motherboard with a single cable for simplified wire management. Connect the 4-pin PWM fan connector to an available CPU_FAN or SYS_FAN header on your motherboard.
- Pump Connection: Connect the pump's 3-pin power connector to a dedicated AIO_PUMP or PUMP_FAN header on your motherboard.
- ARGB Lighting: Connect the 5V 3-pin ARGB connector from the cooler to a compatible 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. This allows for synchronized lighting effects. Do NOT connect to a 12V RGB header.
- Adjust Pump Logo: The pump head features a damping rotation nameplate, allowing you to adjust the JONSBO logo direction for optimal aesthetic alignment after installation.

Operating Instructions
Power On
Once installation is complete, power on your computer. The fans and pump should start operating, and the ARGB lighting will illuminate.
ARGB Lighting Control
The JONSBO TG-360 features ARGB Phantom Synchronous Light Effect. This means the customizable lighting can be synchronized with your motherboard's ARGB software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync). Ensure the 5V 3-pin ARGB cable is correctly connected to your motherboard's ARGB header.

Fan Speed Control
The fans are PWM controlled, allowing your motherboard to dynamically adjust their speed based on CPU temperature. This ensures optimal cooling performance and reduced noise levels when the system is under light load.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your liquid cooler.
- Dust Cleaning: Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and reduce cooling efficiency. Use compressed air or a soft brush.
- Check Tubing and Connections: While the cooler features a compression multilayer sealing interface for strong sealing and no leakage, it's good practice to occasionally inspect the tubing and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
- Fan Lifespan: The fans are designed for a long lifespan of ≥40,000 hours at 25°C.
Troubleshooting
No Power/Fans Not Spinning
- Ensure all power cables (4-pin PWM for fans, 3-pin for pump) are securely connected to the correct headers on your motherboard.
- Check your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure fan headers are enabled and configured correctly.
ARGB Lighting Not Working/Synchronizing
- Verify that the 5V 3-pin ARGB connector is securely plugged into a compatible 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard.
- Do NOT connect to a 12V RGB header, as this can damage the LEDs.
- Ensure your motherboard's ARGB software is installed and updated, and that the lighting effects are enabled and configured.
- If using a separate ARGB controller, ensure it is powered and correctly connected.
Poor Cooling Performance
- Check if the pump is running (you might hear a faint hum or feel vibrations). If not, refer to 'No Power/Fans Not Spinning'.
- Ensure the pump head is making good contact with the CPU. Re-seat if necessary, reapplying thermal paste.
- Verify that the fans are spinning and oriented correctly for optimal airflow.
- Clean any dust buildup from the radiator fins and fan blades.
- Check CPU temperatures using monitoring software to confirm the issue.
