5. Assembly Instructions
This kit requires hand soldering and careful assembly. The Bluetooth module board is pre-soldered and ready for connection. You will primarily need to solder the LED flashing light kit, connect the wires, and assemble the acrylic shell.
5.1 Required Tools

- Soldering iron (<50 Watt)
- Rosin core ("radio") solder
- Wire cutters
- Wire strippers
- Philips screwdriver
5.2 General Assembly Tips
- Please be patient throughout the installation process.
- Avoid prolonged contact (more than 3 seconds) of the soldering iron with components to prevent damage.
- Pay close attention to the positive and negative polarity of components, especially LEDs and electrolytic capacitors.
- Strictly prohibit short circuits during and after assembly.
- Install LEDs according to specified rules and polarity to ensure proper illumination.
- Prioritize installing smaller, more complex components first.
- Ensure all components are in the correct direction and place as indicated on the PCB silk screen.
- After soldering, check that all LEDs can be illuminated.
- It is strongly recommended to read this entire manual before starting installation.
- Wear anti-static gloves or wristbands when handling electronic components to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.
5.3 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the wiring diagram below for connecting the speakers, power switch, power socket, and LED spectrum indicator board to the main Bluetooth module board.

The schematic diagram for the LED Spectrum Indicator provides further detail on the LED circuit.

6. Operating Instructions
The speaker system can be controlled using the on-board buttons or the included infrared remote control.
6.1 On-Board Button Functions
- Power ON/OFF: Use the Red/Black switch to turn the device on or off.
- MODE Button: Short press to cycle through audio modes: Bluetooth, FM, AUX, U-disk, and TF Card. Note: For U-disk or TF Card playback, ensure the media is inserted first.
- SCAN Button: Short press to Play or Pause music. In FM mode, press and hold for 3 seconds to initiate an automatic radio station search.
- VOL+ Button: Short press to switch to the next music track. Press and hold for 3 seconds to increase the volume.

6.2 Remote Control Functions
The infrared remote control provides convenient access to all playback functions.

- ON/OFF Power: Turns the device on or off.
- Mode: Switches between audio input modes (Bluetooth, FM, AUX, U-disk, TF Card).
- Mute: Mutes or unmutes the audio output.
- Prev: Skips to the previous track/station.
- Next: Skips to the next track/station.
- Play/Pause: Plays or pauses the current audio.
- VOL-: Decreases the volume.
- VOL+: Increases the volume.
- EQ: Cycles through equalizer presets.
- Cycle Mode: Changes playback repeat mode (e.g., repeat one, repeat all).
- U/SD Scan: Switches between U-disk and TF Card input.
- Number Buttons (0-9): Directly select FM stations or input numerical values.
7. User Tips
- Before powering on for the first time, carefully double-check all soldered connections and wiring to prevent damage.
- When inserting a U-disk or TF card, ensure it is formatted correctly and contains compatible audio files (APE/FLAC/WAV/MP3/WMA).
- For optimal FM reception, ensure the FM antenna wire is fully extended and positioned away from other electronics that might cause interference.
- If the LED spectrum display seems too sensitive or not sensitive enough, use a small screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer (RP) on the LED board.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the DC 5V power supply is connected correctly and providing sufficient current (>1.5A). Check the Red/Black power switch is in the ON position. Verify all power-related wiring.
- No Sound: Check speaker connections for correct polarity and secure attachment. Ensure the volume is not muted or set too low (both on-board and via remote). Verify the selected audio source (Bluetooth, FM, AUX, U-disk, TF Card) is active and functioning.
- LEDs Not Lighting Up: Check the polarity of each LED during installation. Ensure all LEDs are correctly soldered and the LED spectrum indicator board is properly connected to the main board.
- Poor FM Reception: Extend the FM antenna wire fully. Try repositioning the device or antenna to find a better signal. Perform an automatic radio search (long press SCAN button in FM mode).
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the device is in Bluetooth mode. Check that your external Bluetooth device is discoverable and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the acrylic casing and other surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the materials.
- Storage: Store the device in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (-20℃~85℃ operating range).
- Handling: Handle the assembled speaker with care to avoid dropping or impacting it, which could damage internal components or the acrylic casing.
10. Warranty and Support
As this is a DIY kit, the warranty typically covers manufacturing defects of individual components upon receipt. Due to the nature of self-assembly, issues arising from incorrect soldering or assembly are generally not covered under warranty. For technical support or inquiries regarding missing/defective parts, please contact the seller or manufacturer with your purchase details.
