4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully unpack the HMI PLC unit and verify that all components are present:

4.2 Mounting

The QM3G-100FH-44MT is designed for panel mounting. Ensure the cutout size in your panel is 262mm x 180mm. Secure the unit using the provided mounting clips or screws.

4.3 Power Supply

The unit requires a DC24V power supply. Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the power supply to the corresponding terminals on the HMI PLC. Ensure the power supply is stable and within the specified voltage range.

5. Wiring Diagrams

Proper wiring is crucial for the safe and correct operation of the HMI PLC. Refer to the following diagrams for input, output, and analog wiring.

5.1 Digital Input Wiring (Diagram 10)

The PLC digital input is a passive NPN type. Connect the positive pole of the power supply to the positive pole of the transmitter, the negative pole of the transmitter to the input terminal, and the negative pole of the power supply to the common terminal of the PLC. The input signal is isolated from the power supply.
