5. Maintenance

  • Keep Clean: Regularly clean your computer's interior to prevent dust buildup, which can cause overheating and component failure. Use compressed air to remove dust from fans and heatsinks.
  • Ventilation: Ensure proper airflow within your PC case to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
  • BIOS/Drivers: Keep your motherboard's BIOS and drivers updated for optimal performance and compatibility. Contact customer service to obtain the latest BIOS files and drivers.
  • Clear CMOS: If you encounter system instability due to incorrect BIOS settings, you can clear the CMOS by locating the CLR-CMOS jumper (Figure 2) and following the instructions in your chassis manual or the motherboard's detailed guide.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 General Issues

  • No Power/Boot: Double-check all power connections (24-pin ATX, 4-pin CPU, GPU power). Ensure your power supply is sufficient (at least 500W recommended).
  • Display Issues: Verify monitor connections to the correct video output (VGA, DVI, or HD). Ensure your graphics card (if dedicated) is properly seated and powered.
  • Component Recognition: If a component (e.g., RAM, SSD) is not recognized, ensure it is correctly seated in its slot. For M.2 NVMe drives, ensure it's secured.
  • BIOS/Driver Problems: If you experience system instability or compatibility issues, ensure you have the latest BIOS and drivers. Contact customer service for assistance.

6.2 Important Notes

  • The color of the bottom plate of the slot may vary between production batches; this does not affect product functionality.
  • The battery in the motherboard photo is removed before shipment due to shipping regulations. You will need to install a CR2032 battery for the CMOS.
  • If the package is damaged upon receipt, please record a video of the damaged package before opening and report it immediately.
