Important Note on Input Voltage:
Most Aigo AK Series PSUs (AK500, AK600, AK700, AK800, AK1000) are designed for an input voltage of 200V-240V. The AK700PRO model supports a wider input voltage range of 110V-240V. Please verify the input voltage compatibility with your region's electrical standards before purchase and installation. Using a PSU with an incompatible voltage can cause severe damage.
AK700PRO Model Clarification:
Please note that the AK700PRO model has a rated power of 700W, not 750W, despite any potential labeling or options that might suggest otherwise. This is a 700W unit.

5. Installation and Setup
Follow these steps to install your Aigo AK Series PSU into your computer system:
- Prepare Your System:
- Turn off your computer and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Open your computer case.
- If replacing an old PSU, disconnect all cables from the old PSU and remove it from the case.
- Mount the PSU:
- Carefully place the new Aigo AK Series PSU into the designated PSU bay in your computer case.
- Align the screw holes on the PSU with those on the case.
- Secure the PSU using the provided mounting screws.
- Connect Cables:
Connect the necessary cables to your motherboard and components. Refer to your motherboard and component manuals for specific connection points.
- Motherboard Power (20+4 Pin): Connect the main 20+4 pin ATX connector to your motherboard. Ensure both parts are securely latched.
- CPU Power (P4+4 / 8 Pin): Connect the 4+4 pin (or 8 pin) CPU power connector to the CPU power socket on your motherboard.
- PCIe Power (6+2 Pin): For graphics cards requiring additional power, connect the 6+2 pin PCIe power connectors. Your PSU provides two (6PIN + 2) connectors.
- SATA Power: Connect SATA power cables to your SSDs, HDDs, and optical drives. The PSU provides 4 SATA interfaces.
- IDE Power: Connect IDE power cables to older peripherals if needed. The PSU provides 2 IDE interfaces.
- Cable Management: Route cables neatly to improve airflow and aesthetics.
- Close Case and Power On:
- Close your computer case.
- Plug the AC power cord into the PSU and then into a wall outlet.
- Turn on your computer.

7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your PSU:
- Dust Removal: Periodically clean the PSU's fan and vents to prevent dust buildup, which can hinder cooling performance. Use compressed air to gently blow dust out of the unit. Ensure the PSU is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Environmental Conditions: Operate the PSU within its specified operating temperature range (0-45°C) and in a non-tropical climate (as indicated on some labels).
- Do Not Disassemble: The PSU contains high voltage components. Do not attempt to open the casing for any reason. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Aigo AK Series PSU, consider the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the PSU and the wall outlet.
- Check the power switch on the back of the PSU; it should be in the 'ON' position.
- Verify that all PSU cables are correctly connected to the motherboard and components.
- Test the wall outlet with another device to ensure it has power.
- System Instability/Crashes:
- Ensure your PSU wattage is sufficient for all your system components, especially high-power graphics cards and CPUs.
- Check for loose cable connections.
- Monitor system temperatures to ensure components are not overheating.
- Fan Not Spinning / Excessive Noise:
- The fan may not spin at low loads due to the smart thermal control. This is normal.
- If the fan is excessively noisy, ensure there are no obstructions and that the PSU is clean of dust.
If problems persist after checking these points, contact customer support.
9. User Tips
- Voltage Check: Always confirm the input voltage requirements of your specific PSU model (e.g., AK700PRO supports 110V-240V, while other AK models typically support 200V-240V) to match your local electrical grid.
- Cable Management: Take time to properly route and secure cables. This not only improves the aesthetic of your build but also enhances airflow, contributing to better cooling and system stability.
- Power Requirements: When upgrading components like graphics cards or CPUs, always re-evaluate your system's total power draw to ensure your PSU can adequately supply the necessary wattage.
- RGB Fan: The integrated RGB fan adds aesthetic appeal. While typically controlled automatically, ensure it has clear airflow for effective cooling.
