6. Maintenance
6.1 Online Firmware Upgrade (OTA)
The VONTAR X3 supports Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to ensure your device always has the latest features and bug fixes. It is recommended to keep your device updated for optimal performance.
- Connect the device to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > System Update.
- Click "Download" if an update is available.
- Once the download is finished, click "Upgrade Now".
- After a successful upgrade, the box will restart and enter the Main Menu.

- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet.
- No Picture: Check the HD cable connection between the TV Box and your TV. Ensure your TV input is set to the correct HDMI source.
