Upon receiving your watch, carefully inspect it for any signs of damage. Ensure all protective films are removed from the watch face and case back.
2. Setting Time and Date
Your REWARD VIP watch features a quartz movement with an auto date function. To set the time and date:
- Pull the crown (middle button on the right side) out to the first position to adjust the date. Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date is displayed in the calendar window.
- Pull the crown out to the second position to adjust the time. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure to account for AM/PM if setting the date, as the date changes at midnight.
- Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into its original position to start the watch and secure the settings.

Operating Instructions
1. Basic Timekeeping

2. Chronograph Function (Stopwatch)
Your watch is equipped with a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time. The sub-dials indicate minutes and seconds for the chronograph.
- Press the "Start/Pause Button" (top button on the right side) to start the chronograph.

Maintenance
1. Water Resistance
Your watch has a water resistance rating of 3ATM (30 meters). This means it is suitable for everyday use, such as hand washing, light rain, and splashing water. It is NOT suitable for showering, swimming, strenuous exercise, shallow diving, or deep diving.

Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water to prevent internal damage.
2. Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and band with a soft, dry cloth. For the silicone band, a mild soap solution and water can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
3. Crystal Care
The watch features a Hardlex dial window, known for its scratch resistance. While durable, avoid unnecessary impact to prevent damage. The crystal is designed to be scratch-free, anti-fingerprint, anti-glare, highly transparent (99.99%), and anti-broken.

4. Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a quartz movement and includes a battery. When the watch stops or its functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to maintain water resistance and prevent damage to the movement.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Ensure the crown is fully pushed in. If it still doesn't run, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the "Setting Time and Date" section to re-adjust.
- Condensation inside the watch: This indicates a loss of water resistance. Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
- Chronograph not resetting to zero: This may require a simple reset procedure or professional adjustment. Consult a watch technician if a simple reset (pressing the bottom button) does not work.

Warranty and Support
This REWARD VIP watch is manufactured to high-quality standards. For any issues or warranty claims, please contact your retailer or the point of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase for warranty validation.
User Tips
- The luminous features on the hands and markers require exposure to light to glow in the dark. Ensure your watch gets sufficient light exposure during the day for optimal night visibility.
- While the watch is water-resistant to 3ATM, it's best to avoid direct exposure to hot water or steam (e.g., hot showers, saunas) as this can compromise the seals over time.
- Regularly clean the silicone band to prevent accumulation of dirt and oils, which can affect its appearance and longevity.
- If you notice any unusual behavior or the watch stops functioning, first check if the crown is fully pushed in. If the issue persists, consider a professional battery check.
