Setup
1. Physical Installation
- Choose a Location: Select an outdoor location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your WiFi network or can be connected via Ethernet. Ensure the camera is protected from direct impact and is within its operating temperature range of -10°C to 60°C (14°F to 122°F).
- Mount the Camera: Use the provided screw pack to securely mount the camera to a wall or suitable surface. The camera is designed for wall-mounted installation.
- Connect Power: Connect the 12V 1A power adapter to the camera and plug it into a mains electricity outlet.
2. Network Connection
The camera supports both dual-band 2.4G/5G WiFi and RJ45 Ethernet cable connection.
- WiFi Connection: The camera features a built-in 5db antenna for stable dual-band WiFi transmission. Ensure your WiFi router is within a 50-meter range in open areas for optimal signal.
- Ethernet Connection: For a more stable connection, use the provided Ethernet cable with the waterproof cap to connect the camera directly to your router.

3. App Installation
- Download the App: Download the official "Ctronics Pro" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Register/Log In: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Camera: Follow the in-app instructions to add your new Ctronics IP camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.

Operating Instructions
1. Live View & PTZ Control
Once connected, you can access the live video feed through the Ctronics Pro app. The camera offers a 355° pan and 90° tilt range, allowing you to monitor your entire property. Use the controls within the app to adjust the camera's viewing angle.

2. Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera features advanced AI functions including human detection and auto tracking. When a human figure is detected, the camera can automatically track their movement, reducing false alarms caused by other objects like leaves or small animals.

3. Two-Way Audio
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for two-way communication. You can speak to visitors, delivery personnel, or deter intruders directly through the app.

4. Night Vision
The camera offers versatile night vision capabilities:
- Color Night Vision: With 4 IR LEDs and 4 spotlights, the camera can provide full-color night vision up to 20 meters.
- IR Night Vision: For discreet surveillance, infrared night vision extends up to 25 meters.
- High-Dynamic Range (HDR): Ensures clear image capture in challenging lighting conditions, balancing bright and dark areas.

5. Recording & Storage
The camera supports 24/7 continuous recording. Video footage can be stored in two ways:
- TF Card: Insert a microSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's slot for local storage.
- Cloud Storage: Optional cloud storage services are available for secure off-site backup.
The camera uses H.265 video encoding, which saves memory space and allows for faster video loading compared to H.264.

6. Alarm Features

7. Multi-User Sharing
The live stream can be shared with up to four users simultaneously through the Ctronics Pro app, allowing family and friends to also monitor the camera feed.

8. Multiplatform Compatibility
The camera is compatible with various platforms, including smartphones (iOS, Android), tablets (iPad, Android), and PCs (Mac OS, Windows) via the Ctronics Pro app or HIP2P software. The Ctronics Pro app supports up to 4 devices on one screen, while HIP2P supports up to 36 devices on one screen.

Maintenance
1. Weather Resistance

Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to WiFi: Ensure the camera is within the 50-meter range of your dual-band (2.4G/5G) WiFi router. Check if your router is broadcasting on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Try connecting via Ethernet cable first to confirm the camera is functional.
- No 24/7 recording: Verify that a TF card (up to 128GB) is properly inserted into the camera. Check the recording settings in the Ctronics Pro app to ensure continuous recording is enabled.
- Blurry image quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Check the camera's resolution settings in the app; confirm it is set to 5MP (2560x1920P).
- False alarms: Adjust the human detection sensitivity settings in the app. Utilize the customized alarm time feature to prevent alerts during specific periods.
- No app push notifications: Check your phone's notification settings for the Ctronics Pro app to ensure they are enabled. Verify the camera's alarm settings in the app are configured correctly for push notifications.
