5. Setup Guide

5.1. Charging the Car Battery

  1. Connect the provided USB charger cable to the car's battery.
  2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter, power bank). Note: A wall adapter is not included.
  3. The charging indicator on the USB cable will show the charging status (refer to charger instructions for specific light patterns).
  4. Charging typically takes approximately 180 minutes. Do not overcharge the battery.

5.2. Installing Car Battery

  1. Locate the front battery compartment on the RC car.
  2. Press the designated points to flip open the front battery holder/compartment.
  3. Carefully insert the charged 7.4V battery into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Connect the battery connector to the car's power port.
  5. Close the battery compartment securely.

5.3. Installing Remote Control Batteries

  1. Open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 2 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery cover.

5.4. Pairing the Remote Control

The 2.4G remote control system typically pairs automatically when both the car and remote are powered on. If pairing fails:

  1. Ensure both the car and remote control are turned off.
  2. Turn on the RC car.
  3. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote should stop flashing and become solid, indicating a successful connection.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Remote Control Functions

  • Steering Wheel: Turn left or right to control the car's direction.
  • Throttle Trigger: Pull to move forward, push to brake/reverse.
  • Servo Fine-tuning: Adjusts the steering trim to ensure the car drives straight.

6.2. Driving the RC Car

  1. Place the car on a flat surface after successful pairing.
  2. Gently pull the throttle trigger to move the car forward.

  5. Experiment with the high/low gear switch for different driving speeds.
