Setup
1. App Installation
- Download the "V380 Pro" application from your mobile device's app store (available for Android and iOS).
- Install the application and create an account if you are a new user.
2. Camera Connection
The V380Pro camera supports WiFi wireless transmission and AP Hotspot connection methods.
- Power On: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB power cable and adapter. The camera will power on and initiate its startup sequence.
- WiFi Connection (Recommended):
- Open the V380 Pro app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
- Select the WiFi connection option and enter your home WiFi network details (SSID and password).
- The camera will connect to your WiFi network.
- AP Hotspot Connection:
- If a WiFi network is not available, the camera can be monitored via its built-in AP hotspot.
- In the V380 Pro app, select the AP Hotspot connection method.
- Connect your mobile device directly to the camera's generated Wi-Fi hotspot (usually named "MV..." or similar).
- You can then monitor the camera's screen directly through the app.

3. Physical Installation
The V380Pro camera offers flexible installation options:
- Flat Surface: Place the camera on a desk, shelf, or any flat surface.
- Wall Mounting: Use the provided mounting bracket and screws to secure the camera to a wall.
- Ceiling Mounting (Hoisting): Attach the camera to the ceiling using the mounting bracket for an overhead view.
Ensure the camera is positioned to cover the desired surveillance area. The installation process is designed to be quick and easy, allowing you to plug and play.

Operating Instructions
1. Day and Night Monitoring
The camera features an IR-CUT core module that automatically switches between day and night vision modes based on ambient light. This ensures clear, color-accurate images during the day and effective infrared monitoring at night, with an IR distance of approximately 5-8 meters.

2. Pan-Tilt Control
Control the camera's viewing angle remotely through the V380 Pro app. The camera can rotate horizontally 360° (Pan) and vertically -10° to 180° (Tilt), providing comprehensive coverage of your space. An intelligent noise reduction algorithm enhances image clarity during movement.
3. Two-Way Audio
With a built-in microphone and speaker, the camera supports two-way audio communication. You can listen to the environment around the camera and speak through the camera from your mobile device. The ADPCM audio compression standard ensures realistic sound quality by filtering background noise.
4. Motion Detection & Alarms
The V380Pro camera is equipped with motion detection technology. When motion is detected, the camera will send instant activity alerts (picture push) to your phone via the app. An optional AI Human Intrusion Detection feature can further refine alerts by distinguishing human movement.
5. Storage Options
Recordings can be stored in two ways:
- TF Card Storage: The camera supports a Micro TF card up to 128GB (not included). When the TF card is full, the system automatically overwrites the oldest files, ensuring continuous cycle recording.
- Cloud Storage / Cloud Disk (Optional): An optional cloud storage service is available for secure off-site storage of your recordings.

6. Multi-User View
The V380 Pro app allows multiple users to view the camera feed simultaneously, enabling shared monitoring with family members or trusted individuals.
