4.2 Quick Setting of Voltage or Current
In the parameter setting interface, set the parameter 'FET' to 'CV' (Constant Voltage) or 'CC' (Constant Current). Then, rotate the encoder in the operation interface to quickly set the voltage or current.

4.3 Parameter Setting Screen
To enter the parameter setting screen, press and hold the SW button for 2 seconds from the running screen.
- On the running screen, hold down SW for 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting screen.
- Press SW to switch between parameters. Press the encoder button to select the bit, then rotate the encoder to adjust the value.
- For Maximum Capacity (OAH), Maximum Power (OPH), or Maximum Running Time (OHP) interfaces, press the ON/OFF button to enable or disable the function. If disabled, '----' will be displayed.
- On the Maximum Capacity (OAH) / Maximum Energy (OPH) screen, hold down ON/OFF to select the capacity range (e.g., 9.999Ah / 99.999Ah).
- After setting parameters, hold down the SW button for 2 seconds to exit. Settings are automatically saved.

4.4 Input and Output Voltage Display
Press the SW button on the running interface to switch between displaying the input voltage ('IN') and output voltage.
4.5 View Power (W), Capacity (Ah), Energy (Wh), and Time (h)
In the operation interface, press the encoder button to cycle through displaying power (W), capacity (Ah), energy (Wh), and time (h).

4.6 Locking Function
To prevent accidental changes, you can lock the voltage and current settings. Long press the encoder button for 2 seconds in the operation interface to lock. A lock symbol will appear on the display. To unlock, long press the encoder button for 2 seconds again.

4.7 Data Group Function
The product has 10 sets of data (Cd0 to Cd9) for storing settings. Cd8 (12V) and Cd9 (24V) are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Data is saved in Cd0 by default.
- Long press the V/A key for 2 seconds to enter the data group call-out interface. The upper two lines will display the set voltage (CV) and current (CC) of the data group. The downstream display group number will be CD1-CD9.
- Press the V/A key to switch between setting voltage CV, setting current CC, and data set serial number Cd. Modify the parameter value using the encoder.
- After confirming the data group, long press V/A to exit the data group and return to the operation interface.

4.8 Other Functions
4.8.1 Capacity/Energy/Running Time Statistics
When the power is turned ON, statistics automatically start. If power is turned OFF, the previous state's value is displayed. When power is turned ON again, the record restarts. To clear the data, press and hold the ON/OFF key for 2 seconds on the corresponding screen.
4.8.2 Setting Maximum Capacity (OAH), Maximum Energy (OPH), and Maximum Running Time (OHP)
- OAH/OPH: If enabled, the power supply automatically shuts down output and flashes 'OAH' / 'OPH' if the statistical capacity/energy exceeds the set maximum. After the alarm is cleared, statistics are reset.
- OHP: If enabled, the power output automatically turns off and 'OHP' blinks if the running time exceeds the set maximum discharge time. After the alarm is cleared, time statistics are reset.
Note: When OAH/OPH and OHP functions are not enabled, the power supply records capacity/energy and running time. When enabled, the power supply automatically shuts down output upon reaching the set value. OHP functions in countdown mode when enabled.
5. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your XY6015L power supply, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Cooling Fan: The integrated intelligent temperature-controlled fan operates based on current, power, and temperature. Ensure the fan vents are not obstructed to allow proper airflow.
- Environment: Operate the power supply in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments.
- Connections: Periodically check all connections (input, output, display, communication) to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your XY6015L power supply, consider the following:
- No Power/Display:
- Check input voltage connections and ensure they are within the 6.0-70V range.
- Verify the power supply switch (hard switch) is in the 'ON' position.
- Ensure the display unit is correctly connected to the main board.
- No Output Voltage/Current:
- Check if any protection mechanisms (OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, OHP, OAH, OPH) have been triggered. The display may show an alarm.
- Ensure the output is enabled and not locked (refer to Locking Function).
- Verify that the DIP switch settings are appropriate if using fixed voltage output, or set to 'NC' if using numerical control.
- Check output wiring for shorts or open circuits.
- Incorrect Output Readings:
- Ensure proper calibration (though typically factory calibrated). If persistent, contact support.
- Check for loose connections that might affect measurement accuracy.
- Communication Issues (Modbus):
- Verify the TTL to 485 or WiFi module connections.
- Ensure the Modbus protocol settings (device address, baud rate) are correctly configured.
For complex issues or if troubleshooting steps do not resolve the problem, please refer to the official PDF manual or contact customer support.
7. User Tips
- Start with Low Settings: When first using the power supply or connecting a new load, always start with low voltage and current settings and gradually increase them to avoid damaging your circuit or the power supply.
- Monitor Temperature: While the device has over-temperature protection, it's good practice to ensure adequate ventilation, especially during high-power operation, to prevent the fan from running constantly.
- Utilize Data Groups: For frequently used voltage and current settings, save them into the 10 available data groups for quick recall and efficiency.
- Lock Settings: Use the locking function to prevent accidental changes to voltage and current settings, especially in environments where controls might be inadvertently bumped.
- Understand Protection Limits: Familiarize yourself with the default and adjustable limits of the protection mechanisms (OVP, OCP, OPP, etc.) to safely operate the power supply within its capabilities.
