4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Full Systems Diagnostic

The XTOOL AD20 PRO can access most car Electronic Control Units (ECUs) to read and clear error codes across a full range of car models and systems. This includes, but is not limited to: ABS System, Engine System, SAS System, TPMS System, IMMO System, Battery System, Oil Service System, SRS System, DPF System, Air Conditioning System, and Transmission System.

4.2 Battery Test

The AD20 PRO supports comprehensive battery testing. It checks the battery voltage, generator power generation, and starting voltage data, providing real-time feedback on your car's battery health.

4.6 Trip Recording & Analysis

The AD20 PRO records each trip, providing data on distance traveled and average driving speed. This helps in planning your itinerary. For each trip, the app offers specific data analysis including driving time, distance, average fuel consumption (for reference), average speed, and maximum speed. It also records driving behaviors such as sudden acceleration, sharp turns, emergency braking, and fatigue driving, enabling you to understand and improve driving habits for safer travel.

4.7 Performance Testing

Professionally test your car's performance, including the time for 0-100 km/h acceleration. The test results include maximum driving speed, engine load, and coolant temperature, which are key indicators of vehicle performance.

4.8 HUD Function

The AD20 PRO features a Head-Up Display (HUD) function. When connected to your car, you can switch your mobile phone to HUD mode and place it under the car's windshield. The real-time engine data will then be projected onto the glass, providing a convenient way to monitor key information while driving. The engine display interface is continuously updated to offer more colorful HUD display options.
