6.2 Wiring Diagram
The wiring configuration depends on whether you have a single-phase or three-phase electrical supply and the corresponding charger model (7.6KW is single-phase, 11KW/22KW are three-phase).

Figure 6.1: Wiring Diagram (7.6KW 1 Phase 32A)

Figure 6.2: Wiring Diagram (11KW/22KW 3 Phase)
Key Wiring Notes:
- Connect the main power supply to the charger according to the diagram.
- Ensure proper grounding (PE) connection.
- The energy meter (ADL200 for 1-phase, ADL400 for 3-phase) must be installed on the household appliance circuit to enable Dynamic Load Balancing.
- Connect the signal cables (B-22, A-21) from the energy meter to the charging station as shown in the diagram.

Figure 6.4: Type 2 Plug Pin Configuration (Single vs. Three Phase)
Important: Type 2 single-phase plugs have no silver pins for L2 and L3, supporting only single-phase charging. Type 2 three-phase plugs have silver pins for L2 and L3, supporting both single-phase and three-phase charging.
6.3 Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB)
The DLB function automatically adjusts charging power to prevent installation overload. The energy meter monitors real-time power output of household appliances. The wallbox then intelligently adjusts the charging current.

Figure 6.5: Smart Load Balancing Operation
- Standby current ≥ 8A: The wallbox will adjust charging current intelligently and charge normally.
- Standby current < 8A: The wallbox will stop charging to prevent overload.
