8. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q: The device cannot turn on.
A: If the device has not been used for a long time or the battery is low and not charged in time, the battery may enter protection mode. Charge the battery for at least 10 minutes to activate it.
Q: The device turns on, but there is no sound.
A: Check if the wireless system is currently in pairing mode (pairing indicator flashing). If so, you need to re-pair the Transmitter and Receiver.
Q: Strange noise when using.
A:
  • There may be strong electrical interference, the transmission distance might be too far, or there are too many obstacles. Minimize the transmission distance and stay away from electrical interference.
  • Low battery on the instrument or the wireless system can cause noise. Check your device's battery levels.
  • Ensure the speaker has a secure ground connection. Lack of proper grounding can lead to current noise.
Q: The device is not charging properly.
A:
  • If the battery is in a low power state, it enters protection status. Charge for at least 10 minutes to start the battery.
  • Check if the charging cable is working correctly.
  • Check if the charging jack of the device is damaged.
Q: Can I use one Transmitter with multiple Receivers?
A: Yes. Ensure all Receivers enter pairing state, then let the Transmitter enter pairing state to complete the pairing process.
Q: Can I use multiple Transmitters with one Receiver?
A: No, this configuration is not supported.
Q: The Transmitter's power consumption is especially fast, is this normal?
A: Yes, this is normal. The Transmitter is actively sending signals to the Receiver, which requires more power. The Receiver primarily accepts signals, so its power consumption is lower.

9. User Tips

  • Always ensure both the Transmitter and Receiver are fully charged before extended use to avoid unexpected interruptions or noise.
  • When purchasing, carefully check if your chosen option includes the rechargeable charging box, as there are variations available.
  • Handle the power switch and pairing button with care to prevent damage, especially if frequently used.
  • The 190° rotating plug is designed for convenience; utilize it to find the most secure and comfortable fit for your instrument.
