7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No Power
- Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power outlet is functional.
- Try a different power cable or adapter if available.
7.2 No Display Output
- Verify that the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC via HDMI, DisplayPort, or Type-C.
- Try a different display cable or monitor.
- Ensure the correct input source is selected on your monitor.
- If using multiple displays, try connecting only one display at a time to isolate the issue.
7.3 Network Connectivity Issues
- Wired: Check the Ethernet cable connection. Ensure your router/modem is working correctly.
- Wireless: Verify that WiFi is enabled in the operating system and you are connected to the correct network. Restart your router/modem.
7.4 System Unresponsive
- If the system freezes, try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager (Windows) or force quit applications.
- If completely unresponsive, perform a force shut down by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds.
8. User Tips
- Optimal Performance: For demanding applications or gaming, ensure your Mini PC has adequate ventilation. Consider using the VESA mount to attach it to the back of a monitor for a cleaner setup and potentially better airflow.
- Storage Management: Utilize the dual M.2 slots for fast primary storage (OS and applications) and the 2.5-inch bay for bulk storage (games, media files).
- Driver Updates: Regularly check for updated drivers for your AMD Ryzen processor and Radeon graphics from the official AMD website or your operating system's update utility to ensure the best performance and compatibility.
- Thunderbolt 3: Leverage the Thunderbolt 3 port for high-speed data transfer, connecting external GPUs for enhanced graphics performance, or additional 8K display output.
