Installation Guide

Follow these steps to properly install the power supply in your server or desktop system:

  1. Safety First: Before beginning installation, ensure your computer system is completely powered off and unplugged from the wall outlet.
  2. Open Case: Open your computer case to access the power supply bay.
  3. Remove Old PSU (if applicable): If replacing an existing power supply, disconnect all cables from the old PSU to the motherboard, graphics card, drives, and other components. Unscrew and remove the old PSU.
  4. Mount New PSU: Carefully slide the new Fujitsu power supply into the designated bay. Align the screw holes on the PSU with those on the case. Secure the PSU with appropriate screws (not always included).
  5. Connect Main Power: Connect the 20+4 pin main power connector to the corresponding port on your motherboard. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
  6. Connect CPU Power: Connect the 4-pin CPU power connector to the CPU power port on your motherboard.
  7. Connect Graphics Card Power (if applicable): If your graphics card requires external power, connect the 8-pin and/or 6-pin PCIe power connectors from the PSU to your graphics card.
  8. Connect SATA/Peripheral Power: Connect the SATA power connectors to your hard drives, SSDs, and optical drives. Use D-type connectors for older peripherals if necessary.
  9. Cable Management: Organize cables to ensure proper airflow within the case and prevent interference with fans or other components.
  10. Close Case: Once all connections are secure and cables are managed, close your computer case.
  11. Power On: Plug the system's power cord into the PSU and then into a wall outlet. Power on your system.
