  • Power Supply: Ensure the camera is connected to a stable power source. Avoid frequent power interruptions.
  • Environmental Protection: Although the camera is IP66 rated, extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe storms, prolonged direct sunlight) can affect its lifespan. Consider additional protective measures if necessary.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Camera Offline:
    • Check power connection.
    • Verify WiFi signal strength and ensure it's a 2.4GHz network.
    • If using LAN, check the Ethernet cable connection.
    • Restart the camera and router.
  • Poor Image Quality:
    • Clean the camera lens.
    • Ensure sufficient lighting in the area.
    • Check network bandwidth; a weak connection can affect streaming quality.
  • False Alarms:
    • Adjust the sensitivity settings for motion detection in the app.
    • Ensure AI Human Detection is enabled if you only want human-triggered alerts.
  • SD Card Not Recording:
    • Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted.
    • Format the SD card through the app.
    • Check if the SD card is full (if loop recording is not enabled).
    • Verify the SD card is not damaged.
  • Two-Way Audio Issues:
    • Check microphone and speaker settings in the app.
    • Ensure your phone's volume is up.
    • Reduce background noise for clearer communication.

8. User Tips

  • App Compatibility: The camera uses the ICSEE app, available for both iOS and Android devices.
