  • Connect the other end to a 5V-1A power adapter.
  • A full charge allows the motor to run continuously for about 40 hours. With typical usage (opening and closing 4 times a day), the battery can last up to 6 months.

5.2. Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device not pairing with APP: Ensure the device is powered on and the indicator light is flashing. Try restarting the device and your phone's Bluetooth. Make sure you are within Bluetooth range.
  • Remote control not pairing: Follow the pairing instructions in the manual carefully. If issues persist, try resetting the remote and the robot.
  • Voice control not working: Verify that your Bluetooth gateway is properly connected to your WiFi and linked to your Alexa/Google Home account. Ensure the curtain robot is connected to the gateway via the Tuya Smart Life APP.
  • Curtains not moving correctly: Re-run the 'Learning Method' (Curtain Calibration) in the APP to ensure the open/close positions are correctly set. Check for any obstructions on the curtain track.
  • Battery draining quickly: Ensure the device is fully charged. Frequent manual operation or very heavy curtains might consume more power.
  • Telescopic curtain rod compatibility: Note that telescopic curtain rods are not suitable for Roman rod curtain robots. Ensure you have the correct robot type for your curtain track.
