Troubleshooting

Camera not powering on:
Ensure batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity and are fully charged. Check for external power supply connection if used.
Poor image/video quality:
Clean the camera lens. Ensure the camera is mounted stably to prevent blur. Check resolution settings in the APP.
No motion detection:
Verify PIR sensitivity settings (try "High"). Ensure the PIR sensors are clean and unobstructed. Check the PIR detection range and camera placement relative to the target area.
WiFi/Bluetooth connection issues:
Ensure the external antenna is securely attached. Move closer to the camera. Restart both the camera and your smartphone's WiFi/Bluetooth. Check APP permissions.
Night vision not working:
Ensure the IR LEDs are not obstructed. Check if the camera is in an area too bright for night vision to activate. The camera automatically switches to night mode.
Memory card errors:
Try formatting the SD card in the camera or on a computer. Use a recommended 32GB/64GB high-speed SD card. Replace the card if errors persist.
