- Ensure batteries are inserted correctly with proper polarity and are fully charged. Check for external power supply connection if used.
- Poor image/video quality:
- Clean the camera lens. Ensure the camera is mounted stably to prevent blur. Check resolution settings in the APP.
- No motion detection:
- Verify PIR sensitivity settings (try "High"). Ensure the PIR sensors are clean and unobstructed. Check the PIR detection range and camera placement relative to the target area.
- WiFi/Bluetooth connection issues:
- Ensure the external antenna is securely attached. Move closer to the camera. Restart both the camera and your smartphone's WiFi/Bluetooth. Check APP permissions.
- Night vision not working:
- Ensure the IR LEDs are not obstructed. Check if the camera is in an area too bright for night vision to activate. The camera automatically switches to night mode.
