G-Sensor automatically locks footage during impacts.
5.5 Loop Recording

5.6 24-Hour Parking Monitor
To enable 24-hour parking monitoring, the dash cam must be connected to your vehicle's fuse box via a hardwire kit (not included, sold separately). This allows the camera to continue recording or monitor for impacts even when the engine is off.

The 24-hour parking monitor feature requires a hardwire kit.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear recordings. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the dash cam in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the AZDOME website or app for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and new features.
- Memory Card: Format the memory card regularly (e.g., once a month) to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth recording. Back up any important footage before formatting.
7. Troubleshooting
- Dash Cam Not Powering On: Ensure the car charger is properly connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning.
- Not Recording: Verify that a compatible Micro SD card (Class 10, up to 128GB) is inserted correctly and is not full. Format the card if necessary.
- WiFi Connection Issues: Ensure WiFi is enabled on the dash cam and your smartphone. Try restarting both devices and reconnecting. Check the AZDOME app for connection tips.
- Footage is Blurry/Unclear: Clean the camera lens. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lens. Check if the dash cam is securely mounted and not vibrating excessively.
- G-Sensor Too Sensitive/Not Sensitive Enough: Adjust the G-sensor sensitivity settings via the AZDOME app or the dash cam's menu (if available).
8. User Tips
- Optimal Placement: Mount the dash cam behind your rearview mirror to minimize obstruction of your view while ensuring a clear recording angle.
- Cable Management: Use the provided cable clips and pry tool to neatly tuck away the power cable along the windshield and dashboard edges for a clean installation.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check the dash cam's display to ensure it is recording correctly and the memory card is functioning.
