10. User Tips

  • Find Your Ideal Setting: Experiment with different modes and suction levels to find what is most comfortable and effective for you. Start with massage mode to stimulate let-down, then switch to express mode.
  • Proper Fit is Key: Ensure your breast shield size is correct. A properly sized shield helps prevent discomfort and maximizes milk output. Your nipple should move freely within the tunnel without excessive rubbing.
  • Relaxation: Pumping can be more effective when you are relaxed. Try to find a quiet, comfortable place, and avoid stress. Looking at a picture of your baby can also help with let-down.
  • Hands-Free Convenience: The wearable design allows you to multitask. You can pump while working, doing light chores, or relaxing.
  • Regular Pumping: Maintain a consistent pumping schedule to help establish and maintain your milk supply.
  • Milk Storage: Utilize the included milk storage bags for convenient and hygienic storage of expressed milk. Always label bags with the date and time.
