5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
- Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the device.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator on the display will show charging status. It will turn green after fully charged.
- A full charge typically takes 4-6 hours and provides 10-20 hours of playback.
5.2 Antenna
For optimal FM/AM radio reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button to turn the device ON or OFF.
6.2 Mode Selection
- Press the MODE button to cycle through available modes: Bluetooth (BT), FM Radio, AM Radio, TF Card, USB, and AUX.
6.3 Radio Operation (FM/AM)
- Extend the telescopic antenna.
- Switch to FM or AM mode using the MODE button.
- Automatic Scan: Long press the Play/Pause button to automatically scan and save available radio channels.
- Manual Tuning: Use the Tuning knob on the side of the device to manually adjust the frequency.
- Channel Selection: Use the number buttons (0-9) to directly input a saved channel number or frequency.
- Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate between saved channels.
6.4 Media Playback (TF Card / USB)
- Insert a TF card (up to 32GB) into the TF card slot or a USB flash drive (up to 32GB) into the USB port.
- The device will automatically switch to TF or USB mode, or you can select it using the MODE button.
- The device supports MP3 audio format (8-320Kbps).
- Use the Previous/Next buttons to skip tracks.
- Press the Play/Pause button to pause or resume playback.
- Repeating Function: Press the Repeat button (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location) to cycle through repeat modes (e.g., repeat one, repeat folder, repeat all).
- Folder Selection: Use dedicated folder buttons (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location) to navigate between folders on your storage device.
- The device will resume playback from the last moment when powered off and on again in TF or USB mode.
6.5 Bluetooth Connectivity
- Switch to Bluetooth (BT) mode using the MODE button. The display will show "BT".
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "EONKO L-528" from the list to pair.
- Once paired, you can play audio from your device wirelessly through the radio.
- The radio also supports hands-free calling when connected via Bluetooth.
6.6 AUX Input
- Connect an external audio source (e.g., computer, MP3 player, mobile phone) to the AUX input jack using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
- Switch to AUX mode using the MODE button.
- Audio from the external device will now play through the radio's speakers.
6.7 Recording Function
- Press the REC button (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location) to start recording audio. Ensure a TF card or USB drive is inserted for storage.
- Press the REC button again to stop recording.
6.8 Clock and Alarm Clock
- Press the TIME button (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location) to view or set the clock.
- Follow on-screen prompts or use the number buttons to set the time.
- To set an alarm, long press the TIME button and follow the instructions to set the alarm time and sound.
6.9 Flashlight
- The device includes a built-in flashlight on the side. Locate the flashlight button/switch and press/slide it to turn the flashlight ON or OFF.
6.10 Time Shutdown (Sleep Timer)
- The device supports a time shutdown function. Press the dedicated Sleep Timer button (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location) to set a timer for the device to automatically turn off.

8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charging cable and check the charging indicator.
- No Sound: Check the volume level. Ensure the correct mode (FM, AM, BT, TF, USB, AUX) is selected. If using AUX, ensure the external device's volume is up.
- Poor Radio Reception: Fully extend the telescopic antenna. Try repositioning the radio for better signal.
- Bluetooth Not Connecting: Ensure the radio is in Bluetooth mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching. Make sure the radio is not already paired with another device.
