2. Load Beans: Open the lid of the roasting chamber and carefully pour in the green coffee beans. Close the lid securely, ensuring the dual safety lock is engaged.
3. Set Time: Use the Time Knob to set your desired roasting duration, typically between 1 to 15 minutes.
4. Set Temperature: Use the Temp Knob to set the desired roasting temperature, within the range of 0 to 250 degrees Celsius.
5. Start Roasting: Press the Switch Button to begin the roasting process. The LED display will show the countdown time and current temperature.
6. Monitor Roasting: Observe the beans through the transparent glass. Refer to Figure 6.1 for visual cues on different roast levels.
7. Cooling: Once the roasting cycle is complete, the machine will initiate a fast cooling process. This is crucial to stop the roasting and prevent over-roasting.
8. Remove Beans: After cooling, carefully unlock and remove the roasting chamber. Pour the freshly roasted beans into a suitable container.
