1. Setup and Installation
1.1 Package Contents
Please verify that all items are present in your package:
- 1 x 10.26" Car DVR
- 1 x Car Charger
- 1 x 3M GPS Antenna (Optional, depending on your choice. Note: H12Z model does not support GPS Antenna)
- 1 x 6M Rearview Camera (Optional, depending on your choice)
- 1 x AUX Cable (Optional, depending on your choice)
- 1 x User Manual

1.2 Device Overview and Ports
Familiarize yourself with the device's layout and connection ports:

1.3 Physical Installation
The Imagebon 10.26" Car DVR is designed for universal fit and can be fixed on the center console of various vehicles including cars, taxis, motorcycles, and trucks.

1.4 Power Connection
- Connect one end of the car charger to the Type-C port on the device (next to the AV port).
- Plug the other end of the car charger (cigarette lighter adapter) into your vehicle's 12V DC power outlet.
1.5 Rear Camera Installation (Optional)
If you have purchased the optional rear camera, follow these steps for installation. Professional installation is recommended due to varying vehicle models.

- Mount the rear camera in the desired position, typically near the license plate or rear window.
- Connect the rear camera cable to the AV-IN port on the DVR.
- Connect the red wire from the rear camera cable to your vehicle's reverse light power supply.
- Ensure the host connector and camera connector are securely attached.
- Important: Connect the rear camera first, then power on the DVR to ensure proper detection and prevent display issues.
1.6 GPS Antenna Installation (Optional)
If you have the optional GPS antenna, connect it to the dedicated GPS 3.5 Jack port on the device. This is required for features like Front Vehicle Starting Reminder System (FVSRS) and GPS Tracking.
1.7 TF Card Insertion
Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD/TF card (up to 128GB) into the TF Card Slot for video recording.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Power On/Off and Interface
The device features a 4-Core chip for fast cold boot in approximately 3 seconds. Once powered on, the 10.26" IPS touch screen will display the main interface.

2.2 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
The device supports both Wireless CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto. For Android Auto, it also supports a wired connection.

- Wireless Connection: Pair your mobile phone with the device via Bluetooth. The device will then automatically switch to WiFi for data transmission. This enables GPS navigation, calls, messages, and music playback. (Supports Android 10 or above, excluding Huawei mobile phones).
- Wired Android Auto: Connect your Android phone (not Huawei or Xiaomi) to the device's Type-C port (next to the AUX port) using a data-capable Type-C cable. This allows older Android phones to use Android Auto.
2.3 Music Playback Modes
Enjoy audio through four different modes:

- Built-in Speaker (Native Audio): Listen directly through the device's integrated speaker.
- AUX Out Audio: Connect an AUX cable from the device's "audio" port to your vehicle's AUX-IN port for high-fidelity sound through car speakers.
- FM Transmitter: Turn on the FM Transmitter on the device. Tune your car radio to a blank FM station, then set the device's FM frequency to match.
- Bluetooth Audio: For CarPlay or Android Auto use only. Connect your phone directly to the original car's Bluetooth system.
2.4 Dash Cam Functionality
The DVR provides high-quality recording and advanced features:

- Dual Lens Recording: Front Camera records in 4K (3840x2160P) and the optional Rear Camera records in 1080P.
- H.265 Video Code: Optimized for 30% less memory usage compared to H.264, while maintaining high image quality.
- Seamless Loop Recording: Continuously records, overwriting the oldest footage when the memory card is full.
- 3-Axis G-Sensor: Automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions and locks the current footage to prevent it from being overwritten.
- Night Vision: Enhanced recording capabilities in low-light conditions.
- Time Lapse: Requires an ACC line (additional purchase) for continuous time-lapse recording.

2.5 Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS)
The ADAS features enhance driving safety:

- Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS): Alerts you if the vehicle deviates from its lane. Triggers at or above 50km/h if GPS Antenna is used; no speed requirement if GPS Antenna is not used.
- Forward Collision Warning (FCW): Warns of potential front-end collisions.
- Front Vehicle Starting Reminder System (FVSRS): Alerts you when the vehicle in front starts moving. Requires the optional GPS Antenna for normal function.
2.6 GPS Navigation and Tracking
Utilize GPS features for navigation and tracking:

- GPS Navigation: In CarPlay or Android Auto mode, the DVR can access GPS navigation functions from your phone. Use voice commands to set destinations and plan routes. (Note: The DVR itself does not have pre-installed GPS navigation software).
- GPS Tracking & APP Control: With the optional GPS Antenna, the device automatically corrects time, displays vehicle speed, and records speed, coordinates, and track data. You can review video playback and track information using the “Roadcam” APP on your mobile phone.
2.7 Real Time Reverse View
When reversing, the system automatically displays a 1080P full-screen reverse image with adjustable guide lines:

- The preview angle and guide line position can be adjusted by sliding the left side of the screen.

2.9 Wireless Mirroring
Supports Airplay and Miracast for wireless screen mirroring from your mobile device.

2.10 5GHz High-speed WiFi
Equipped with built-in 5GHz WiFi for faster and more stable data transmission, allowing quick download of pictures and viewing of historical records via the mobile app.

3. Maintenance
3.1 24H Parking Monitoring
For continuous surveillance when your vehicle is parked, the 24H parking monitoring feature can be enabled. This requires an additional hardwire cable (not included) to connect the dash cam directly to the vehicle's battery, ensuring power supply even when the ignition is off.

3.2 Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and device body.
- For lenses, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratches.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
3.3 TF Card Management
- Regularly format the TF card within the device settings to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption.
- Ensure the TF card is Class 10 or higher for reliable 4K recording.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 No Sound from the Device
- Check if the AUX cable is inserted and the FM transmitter switch is turned on. If the FM transmitter is on, the device's internal speaker will be muted.
- If using FM transmission, ensure your car radio and the device are tuned to the same blank FM frequency.
- If using AUX, ensure the AUX cable is properly connected to the device's "audio" port and your car's AUX-IN port, and your car stereo is set to AUX input.
4.2 Screen Not Lighting Up
- Verify that the power supply is properly connected: the car charger should be plugged into the Type-C port next to the AV port on the device, and the cigarette lighter adapter securely in your vehicle's 12V DC power outlet.
- If power is confirmed, locate the reset button on the back of the device and press and hold it for 3 seconds.
- If the issue persists, there might be a software problem. Contact customer service for assistance with a software upgrade.
4.3 Rear Camera Picture Shaking
- Ensure the rear camera cable is properly plugged into the AV port.
- Important: Always connect the rear camera first, then power on the device.
- Restart the device after checking connections.
4.4 Compatibility Issues
- Rear Camera: Only Imagebon brand rear cameras are supported. Third-party or original car cameras are not compatible.
- Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto: Wireless Android Auto supports Android 10 or above mobile phones (excluding Huawei).
- Wired Android Auto: Supports older Android mobile phones (excluding Huawei and Xiaomi phones).
- Wired CarPlay: This device does not support wired CarPlay.

7. User Tips
- Ease of Installation: The portable recorder assembly mode makes installation straightforward.
- Optimal Performance: The device offers good performance with its 4K front and 1080P rear cameras, and a maximum video frame rate of 30 FPS.
- Wired Android Auto: When using wired Android Auto, ensure you use the original car cable that supports data transmission for reliable connection.
- Screen Issues: If the screen does not light up, first check all power connections (Type-C port on device, cigarette lighter adapter to 12V DC outlet). If the issue persists, try pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the device for 3 seconds. For persistent problems, contact customer service for potential software updates.
- Rear Camera Stability: To prevent the rear camera picture from shaking, always connect the rear camera cable to the AV port before powering on the device. Restart the device if you encounter this issue.
- Camera Compatibility: Note that only Imagebon brand rear cameras are compatible with this device. Third-party or original car cameras are not supported.
- Wireless Connectivity: Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto require Android 10 or newer (Huawei phones are not supported for wireless Android Auto). Wired Android Auto is available for older Android phones, but also excludes Huawei and Xiaomi devices.
- Audio Sync via FM: To synchronize audio through your car's FM radio, set both the device's FM transmitter and your car radio to the same, clear FM frequency.
- Audio Sync via AUX: For AUX audio, connect the provided AUX cable from the device's 'audio' port to your car's AUX-IN port, then select AUX playback on your car's stereo system.
