5. Setup Instructions
5.1 Sensor Installation
Follow these steps to install the TPMS sensors on your vehicle's tires:
- Remove the existing valve core cap from the tire valve.
- Install an anti-theft nut onto the valve stem.
- Screw the TPMS sensor onto the valve stem.
- Using the provided small wrench, rotate the anti-theft nut counter-clockwise until it is tight against the sensor, securing it in place.
- Check for any air leakage around the sensor and valve stem. Ensure the installation is complete and secure.

5.2 Mobile Application Setup
To connect the sensors to your smartphone, follow these steps:
- Download the App: Search for and download the "sytpms" application from your mobile phone's app store (compatible with Android and iOS).
- Enable Bluetooth and Location: Before opening the "sytpms" App, ensure that both Bluetooth and Location services are enabled on your smartphone.
- Launch and Connect: Open the "sytpms" App. The app will guide you through linking the sensors.
Important Note on Connection: If your phone's Bluetooth or Location services are closed when you first launch the "sytpms" App, and you then enable them, the App may fail to connect. In such cases, please close the "sytpms" App completely (clear it from recent apps) and restart it after ensuring Bluetooth and Location are already active.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Real-time Monitoring
Once connected, the "sytpms" App will display real-time tire pressure and temperature data for all monitored tires. The data updates continuously, providing immediate feedback on tire conditions.

6.2 Alarm System
The system features a reliable alarm system to notify you of abnormal tire conditions. The mobile app will issue alerts for:
- High Pressure Alarm: When tire pressure exceeds the preset high limit.
- Low Pressure Alarm: When tire pressure drops below the preset low limit.
- High Temperature Alarm: When tire temperature exceeds the preset high limit.
- Air Leakage Alarm: Detects rapid pressure drops indicating a leak.
You can set the high and low pressure and high temperature alarm values within the "sytpms" App settings to match your vehicle's recommended tire specifications.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Battery Replacement
The sensors are powered by 140mAh CR1632 coin cell batteries, which typically last 2-3 years. When a battery needs replacement:
- Using the small wrench, carefully remove the rear cover of the sensor.
- Gently push out the old CR1632 battery.
- Insert a new CR1632 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Replace the rear cover and tighten it securely.

7.2 Cleaning
The sensors are IP67 waterproof and dustproof. You can clean them with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the sensor housing.
8. Troubleshooting
8.1 App Connection Issues
- Sensors not pairing with Android app: Ensure both Bluetooth and Location services are enabled on your phone before opening the "sytpms" app. If you opened the app first and then enabled these services, close the app completely (from recent apps) and restart it.
- No data displayed: Check if the sensors are correctly installed and tightened. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is active and the app has location permissions. Drive for a short period, as some systems require movement to activate sensors.
8.2 Inaccurate Readings
- Inconsistent readings: Verify that the sensors are securely attached and not loose. Check for any physical damage to the sensors.
- Large deviation: Compare readings with a reliable manual tire pressure gauge. If there's a significant and consistent difference, the sensor might be faulty or require recalibration (if the app supports it).
9. User Tips
- Pre-check Bluetooth/Location: Always ensure your phone's Bluetooth and Location services are active before launching the "sytpms" app to avoid initial connection failures.
- Regular Visual Inspection: Periodically check the sensors for any signs of damage or looseness, especially after driving on rough terrain.
- Battery Spares: Consider keeping spare CR1632 batteries on hand for quick replacements, ensuring continuous monitoring.
