1. Introduction

The AL1150D Automatic Label Dispenser is designed for efficiently stripping and dispensing miniature die-cut and butt-cut labels. This device automatically separates the label from its paper, vinyl, or foil liner, making it ideal for assembly lines, manufacturing, retail environments, and any application requiring rapid label handling. It features an automatic re-winder to manage waste liner, ensuring a clean and wrinkle-free label application.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your AL1150D Automatic Label Dispenser:

  1. Remove Screws: Unscrew and remove the screws from the support bracket.
  2. Attach Support Bracket: Align the support bracket with the holes on the main unit and fix it securely.
  3. Place Label Roll: Place the roll of applicable labels onto the U-shaped card holder.
  4. Position Label: Position the label as shown in the diagram for proper alignment.
  5. Thread Label Through Cover Plate: Rotate the transparent cover plate and thread the label through it.
  6. Pass Through Sensor: Guide the label past the sensor and downwards.
  7. Secure Backing Paper: Secure the backing paper onto the rewinding roller.
  8. Fix Backing Paper with U-rod: Use the U-shaped rod to firmly secure the backing paper.
  9. Complete Installation: Once all steps are completed, connect the power supply, and the device is ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the label dispenser is set up and powered on, follow these steps for operation:

  1. Power On: Press the red POWER/LIGHT button to turn on the device. The LED display (COUNTER) will illuminate.
  2. Adjust Label Length: Use the 'LENGTH.ADJ' knob to set the desired length of the label to be dispensed. Rotate clockwise to increase length, counter-clockwise to decrease.
  3. Control Speed: Use the 'SPEED CONTROL' knob to adjust the dispensing speed. Rotate clockwise for faster dispensing, counter-clockwise for slower.
  4. Dispensing Labels: The machine will automatically dispense labels one by one. As you pick up a label, the next one will be presented.
  5. Counting: The 6-digit LED display (COUNTER) shows the number of labels dispensed. It can count up to 999,999 labels.
  6. Reset Counter: To reset the counter, locate the reset button (usually a small button near the display, not explicitly shown but common for such counters) and press it.
  7. Power Off: Press the red POWER/LIGHT button again to turn off the device when not in use.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your label dispenser, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
  • Sensor Cleaning: Keep the label sensor area clean and free from dust or adhesive residue to prevent misfeeds or inaccurate dispensing. Use a soft brush or compressed air.
  • Roller Inspection: Periodically check the rollers for any wear or damage. Ensure they are free from adhesive buildup, which can affect label feeding.
  • Power Cord: Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use the device if the cord is frayed or damaged.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the label dispenser in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting
