- Remove the Old Band: Locate the quick-release pins on the underside of your existing watch band where it connects to the watch body. Use the provided plastic tool knife to gently push the pin inwards and detach the band from the watch. Repeat for the other side.
- Attach the New Band: Align one end of the new silicone band with the watch lug. Insert one side of the quick-release pin into the watch lug hole. Using the plastic tool knife, push the other side of the pin inwards and guide it into the corresponding hole on the watch lug. Release the pin to secure the band. Gently tug on the band to ensure it is firmly attached.
- Repeat for the Second Half: Follow the same steps to attach the second half of the silicone band to the other side of your smartwatch.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your silicone band, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the silicone band with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the silicone.
- Drying: Ensure the band is completely dry before reattaching it to your wrist, especially after swimming or intense workouts, to prevent skin irritation.
- Metal Buckle Care: The stainless steel 316 buckle is resistant to corrosion. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater or harsh chemicals to maintain its finish.
- Storage: When not in use, store the band in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
Troubleshooting
- Difficulty Attaching/Detaching: Ensure the quick-release pins are fully retracted when inserting or removing the band. The provided plastic tool knife is designed to assist with this process, especially if you have difficulty using your fingernails.
- Skin Irritation: Although the silicone material is non-allergic, prolonged contact with moisture or dirt can cause irritation. Ensure the band is kept clean and dry. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- Band Feels Loose/Too Tight: Adjust the buckle to the appropriate hole for a snug yet comfortable fit. Refer to the specifications for the compatible wrist circumference range.

User Tips
- The included plastic tool knife is particularly helpful for users who may find it difficult to manipulate the quick-release pins with their fingernails. It also helps prevent damage to your watch during strap changes.
- Keep the three spare buckles in a safe place. They are useful replacements if the original buckles become damaged or lost.
- Experiment with different tightness levels to find the most comfortable fit for your activities. A slightly looser fit might be preferred for casual wear, while a snugger fit is better for exercise to ensure accurate sensor readings.
