3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Handlebar Mounting (H07P Holder)
The included H07P holder is designed for quick and easy installation on round handlebars with diameters of 25.8mm or 31.8mm.
- Attach the H07P holder to your handlebar using the adjustable strap. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Slide the V20C-400 headlight onto the mount until it clicks into place.
- Adjust the light angle as needed.


3.2 Helmet Mounting (Optional H15P Helmet Mount)
For helmet mounting, the optional H15P helmet mount is required. This mount uses a Velcro strap for secure attachment to most bicycle helmets.
- Mount the H15P on the desired position of your helmet. Ensure the Velcro strap is securely fastened. You may cut off excess strap length if it is too long.
- Slide the V20C-400 light onto the H15P mount until you hear a "click," indicating it is securely installed.
- Adjust the light angle (up to 100° up-and-down) and then tighten the handle screw to fix its position.


3.3 Bike Fork Mounting (Optional H18 Bike Fork Mount)
The optional H18 bike fork mount allows you to center the headlight above the front wheel, providing a unique mounting option.
- Mount the H18 bike fork mount onto the bike fork and tighten the screw securely.
- Insert the V20C-400 light into the bracket. When you hear a "click" sound, it is mounted securely.
- Adjust the light angle and the installation is complete.


3.4 Multifunctional Computer Mount (Optional H17 Mount)
The optional H17 mount allows for mounting the light beneath the handlebar, often in conjunction with a bike computer or action camera.
- Mount the H17 holder in the proper position on the handlebar, fixed by screws.
- Adjust the direction of the computer base as desired.
- Rotate the bike computer 90° and fix it in a suitable position.
- Insert the bicycle light into the mount base from front to back.
- To remove the bike light, detach it from the mount.
- If using a GoPro camera, insert it into the bottom base and tighten the screw.


4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Switching
The V20C-400 features a single button for power control and mode selection.
- Power On: Press and hold the button for approximately 1-2 seconds.
- Mode Switching: Once powered on, short press the button to cycle through the available modes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the button for approximately 1-2 seconds.
The V20C-400 offers four lighting modes:
- High Steady: 400 lumens, approx. 2 hours runtime.
- Medium Steady: 200 lumens, approx. 3.5 hours runtime.
- Low Steady: 100 lumens, approx. 7 hours runtime.
- Low Flash (Daytime Flash): Approx. 24 hours runtime.

4.2 Charging the Battery
The V20C-400 is equipped with a built-in 2200mAh 18650 Lithium battery and supports USB-C charging.
- Locate the Type-C charging port on the light, usually covered by a rubber plug.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the light and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, laptop, power bank).
- The charging time is approximately 3 hours.
- Battery Indicator: The light features a battery indicator to show the charge level:
- Blue Light: 61-100% charge
- Green Light: 21-60% charge
- Red Light: 1-20% charge

4.3 R03 Wire Remote Control (Optional)
If you have purchased the optional R03 Wire Remote Control, it allows you to change lighting modes without removing your hand from the handlebar, enhancing safety and convenience.
- Connect the R03 remote control to the designated port on the V20C-400 headlight.
- Use the button on the remote to cycle through the light modes.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the light body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the lens is clean for optimal light output.
5.2 Waterproofing
The V20C-400 has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to splashing water from any direction. It uses a silicone waterproof ring for the lens, enabling normal cycling in rainy and stormy days.
- Always ensure the Type-C charging port's rubber plug is firmly closed when not charging to maintain water resistance.
- If using the R03 wire control, ensure its connection port is firmly connected to prevent water seepage.

5.3 Battery Care
- Charge the battery fully before first use.
- To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
- If storing the light for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months.
6. Troubleshooting
- Light does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for the required duration (1-2 seconds).
- Light does not charge: Check the USB-C cable and power source. Ensure the cable is fully inserted into the light's port.
- Light flickers or turns off unexpectedly: The battery might be low. Recharge the light. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Mount feels loose: Re-tighten the mounting strap or screw. Ensure the light is properly clicked into its mount.
