6. Operating Instructions
General Charging Process:
- After proper connection and plugging into power, the charger will automatically start charging. The screen will cycle through displaying battery voltage, current, and ambient temperature.
- Select the appropriate charging mode that matches your battery type (see "Charging Modes" below for details).
- When charging is complete, the battery power bar on the screen will show 100% and "FUL". It is recommended to continue trickle charging for approximately 1 hour for optimal results.
- First, unplug the AC power cord from the outlet. Then, remove the positive and negative clips from the battery. The charger can now be safely disconnected.
Charging Modes:

Figure 5: Battery Charger Instructions - Mode Selection
- CAR/TRUCK Mode (Fast Charge): For large batteries. Charges 12V batteries at a maximum of 8A and 24V batteries at a maximum of 4A.
- AGM/GEL Mode: Specifically designed for AGM and Calcium batteries.
- MOTORCYCLE Mode (Slow Charge): For smaller batteries, charging at a maximum current of 1.5A.
- REPAIR Mode (18 hours): An advanced battery recovery mode for repairing and restoring old, idle, damaged, stratified, or sulfated batteries. Note that not all batteries can be fully recovered.
- MODE Selection Button: Use this button to cycle through and select the desired charging mode.
Five-Stage Automatic Charging Process:

Figure 6: Self-Stop When Fully Charged - Five-Stage Process
- No-Load Mode: Detects low voltage start-up power difference or full charge light load.
- Constant Current Mode: Carries out adaptive current charging to protect the battery, used when vehicles are idle for a long time and cannot be fired.
- Constant Voltage Mode: Constant voltage charge, avoids overcharge, used when the battery is old and cannot be charged.
- Trickle-Down Mode: Weak current balance full or full power indicates that charging is complete.
- Floating Charge Mode: A full charge is about to be fully charged.
