Installation Guide

Follow these steps to assemble your amplifier board:

1. Attach the M2*4+3 copper pillars to the circuit board.
2. Place the lower cover onto the copper pillars and secure with M2*3 screws.
3. Attach the M2*18 copper pillars to the circuit board.
4. Place the upper cover onto the longer copper pillars and secure with M2*3 screws.
5. Install the knob caps onto the potentiometers.

Heat Dissipation Note: The large-area heat sink is designed with special thermally conductive silica gel and is closely attached to the copper-clad heat dissipation shell. The heat dissipation area is doubled to ensure the product runs at full power and high performance.

Operating Instructions

Power Supply

Connect the appropriate DC power supply to the DC plug. Refer to the specifications for the recommended voltage range for your specific model (e.g., DC5V-26V for S100L, DC12-38V for S220H, DC18-38V for S350H). It is recommended to supply power above 15V for optimal performance.

Audio Connections

• Speakers: Connect your passive left and right speakers to the SPKL/SPKR terminals. Connect your subwoofer to the dedicated subwoofer output.
• Active Speakers: Use the 3.5mm audio output to connect to active speakers if desired.
• AUX Input: Connect external audio sources via the AUX audio input.
• U Disk/USB Sound Card: Insert a U disk for playback or connect via USB for sound card functionality. The U disk file system must be FAT32, and the maximum supported size is 32GB.

Bluetooth Connection

To connect via Bluetooth:

1. Ensure the Bluetooth board is powered on. The blue LED will flash quickly, indicating it's in connection mode.
2. On your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "XinYi" to complete the connection.
3. Once connected, the blue LED will enter a long light state. You can now play audio from your mobile phone.
