5. Package Contents

Important Note: The active balancer needs to be matched with a BMS that has the same number of strings. Different numbers of strings cannot be mixed. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent serious consequences such as abnormal operation or burning.

  1. Pre-installation Check: After the BMS is assembled, check and confirm that all connecting wires are properly welded.
  2. Connect BMS and Active Balancer: Plug the BMS and the Active Balancer into their corresponding cables.
  3. Connect Bluetooth Accessory: Plug the Bluetooth accessory into the UART port of the Active Balancer. The BMS socket and Active Balance socket can be used without distinguishing each other.
  4. Verify Connections: Before activating the BMS, please confirm whether the balancer cable is connected normally. Check whether the BMS has been securely fixed to the battery cell. Only after confirming that it is correct can it be connected to the BMS.

  6. Complete BMS Settings: After completing the BMS settings, you can set the smart active balancer parameters. The balance current is in the range of 0-1A. To set the balance opening pressure difference parameter, it must be >20mV.
