3.3 Alarm Modes
The security panel offers different arming modes:
- Away: The system is fully armed. If any accessory is triggered, the panel will alarm.
- Home: Some areas are monitored while others are not, suitable for when users are at home.
- Disarm: The system cancels monitoring. Only the SOS button or accessories set to "Always" mode can trigger an alarm.
Accessory Modes:
- Away/Home: The panel alarms if the sensor is triggered when the system is in "Away" or "Home" state. Recommended for outdoor sensors.
- Away: The panel alarms if the sensor is triggered only when the system is in "Away" state. Recommended for outdoor detectors.
