3. Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power cable to the AC power socket on the rear panel and plug it into a suitable AC power outlet (85-24V, 47-63Hz). The maximum power consumption is 30W.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Operation
Navigate menus and adjust parameters using the knob, direction keys, and function soft keys. The 2.8-inch color screen provides a clear interface for monitoring and setting parameters.
4.2. Waveform Generation
The JDS8000 series can generate a variety of standard and arbitrary waveforms:
- Standard Waveforms: Sine wave, square wave, pulse wave (with precise duty ratio, pulse width, and cycle time), triangle wave, rising ramp, falling ramp, CMOS wave, DC level, half wave, full wave, positive step wave, inverse staircase wave, exponential rise, exponential fall, Lorentz pulse wave, multisonic wave, random noise wave, trapezoidal pulse wave, and Sinker pulse wave.
- Frequency Range: Sine wave output frequency ranges from 1nHz to 60MHz (JDS8060) or 1nHz to 80MHz (JDS8080).
- Amplitude: Output amplitude is adjustable from 1mVpp to 25Vpp.

4.3. Dual Channel Operation
Both channels (CH1 and CH2) have identical performance and can output the same or different waveform signals simultaneously. The phase difference between the two channels is continuously adjustable from 0° to 359.99°.
