Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to install your Comfast PCI-E Network Card:
- Prepare Your Computer:
- Power off your computer and unplug all cables.
- Open the side cover of your computer chassis.
- Identify PCI-E Slot:
- Locate an available PCI-E slot on your motherboard. The card is compatible with PCI-E 1X, 4X, 8X, or 16X slots.

- Carefully insert the small end of the provided Bluetooth cable into the designated port on the network card.
- Install Network Card:
- Align the network card with the chosen PCI-E slot and firmly press it down until it is securely seated.
- Secure the card with a screw to the chassis.
- Connect Bluetooth Cable to Motherboard:
- Connect the other end of the Bluetooth cable (usually a 9-pin connector) to the corresponding Bluetooth line interface on your motherboard.
- Assemble Antennas:
- Screw the two high-gain antennas onto the connectors on the network card's bracket.
- If you have the CF-AX200 Plus model, connect the antennas to the extension base and place the base in an optimal location for signal reception.

- Close the computer chassis side cover.
- Plug in all cables and power on your computer.
- Driver Installation:
- Once your computer boots up, you will need to install the drivers.
- Visit the official Comfast website (www.joo-win.com) and navigate to the "Download Center".
- Search for your model (e.g., "JW-AX200-PRO") and download the latest WiFi and Bluetooth drivers for Windows 10/11.
- Important Note: Do NOT run the Bluetooth and WiFi driver installers at the same time. Install them separately.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation.

Operating Instructions
After successful installation and driver setup, your network card is ready for use.
Connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon in your system tray (usually in the bottom-right corner of your screen).
- Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the network password if prompted and click "Connect".
- Your computer should now be connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Bluetooth Pairing:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer (check Windows Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices).
- Put your Bluetooth device (e.g., headphones, mouse) into pairing mode.
- On your computer, click "Add Bluetooth or other device" and select "Bluetooth".

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth after installation:
- Ensure the card is correctly seated in the PCI-E slot.
- Verify the Bluetooth cable is securely connected to both the network card and the motherboard's USB header.
- Check Device Manager in Windows to see if the device is recognized and if there are any driver errors. Reinstall drivers if necessary.
- Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled in Windows settings.
Slow Wi-Fi speeds:
- Ensure your router supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) for optimal performance.
- Check your internet service provider's speed.
- Position the antennas for best signal reception, away from obstructions.
- Try connecting to the 5GHz band if available, as it generally offers higher speeds with less interference.
Bluetooth device not pairing:
- Ensure the Bluetooth cable is properly connected.
- Make sure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode and within range.
- Remove any previous pairings of the device from your computer and try again.
- Update Bluetooth drivers.
User Tips
- For best performance, especially in gaming, ensure your router is also Wi-Fi 6 compatible.
- If experiencing intermittent connectivity, try adjusting the position of the external antennas.
