7. Troubleshooting

7.1. No Internet Connection

  • Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated.
  • Verify that you have an active data plan with your mobile operator.
  • Check the signal strength indicator on the device's screen. If the signal is weak, try moving to a different location or connecting external TS-9 antennas.
  • Restart the MU5002 and your connected device.
  • Ensure Auto-APN is enabled in the WebUI, or manually configure APN settings if required by your operator.

7.2. Slow Wi-Fi Speed

  • Ensure you are within optimal range of the MU5002.
  • Reduce the number of connected devices if many are actively using bandwidth.
  • Check for interference from other electronic devices.
  • Verify that your connected device supports Wi-Fi 6 for optimal performance.
  • Check the cellular signal strength; a weak 5G/4G signal will result in slower internet speeds.

7.3. Cannot Access WebUI

  • Ensure your device is connected to the MU5002's network.
  • Verify the correct IP address for the WebUI (check device screen or label).
  • Clear your browser's cache or try a different browser.
  • Ensure you are using the correct username and password.
