Setup & Connection
The UG-01 headset offers three versatile connection methods:

2.4Ghz Wireless Connection (with USB Transmitter)
This mode provides ultra-low latency, ideal for gaming on PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and compatible TVs.
- Insert the USB Transmitter into an available USB port on your device (PC, console, etc.).
- Power on the UG-01 headset. It should automatically connect to the transmitter.
- Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output/input device in your system settings if it doesn't connect automatically.

Bluetooth Connection
Use Bluetooth for connecting to mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices for music and casual gaming.
- Power on the UG-01 headset.
- Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the headset (refer to the headset's control buttons section for specific instructions, usually a long press on the power/mode button).
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "UG-01" (or similar).
- Select the headset to pair.
3.5mm Wired Connection
For universal compatibility and zero-latency audio, connect via the 3.5mm audio cable to PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo, mobile phones, and more.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's audio jack.
- Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio port on your device.
- The headset will operate in wired mode, bypassing wireless functions.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Microphone Usage
The UG-01 features a hidden, stretchable microphone with ENC noise reduction.
- Extend Microphone: Gently pull out the microphone from its housing on the left earcup.
- Retract Microphone: Push the microphone back into its housing when not in use.
- Mute Microphone: Press the 'M' button on the earcup to mute/unmute the microphone. An indicator light will show the mute status.

Volume Control
Adjust the audio volume using the rolling volume control located on the earcup.
- Increase Volume: Roll the volume wheel upwards.
- Decrease Volume: Roll the volume wheel downwards.
Charging
The headset is equipped with a 500mAh battery and charges via USB-C.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 25 hours of playtime.
