5. Installation Instructions
This product is suitable for standard 86x86mm wall boxes and 60mm European round boxes. Ensure the power is off before beginning installation.
- Connect the power box: Connect the power box according to the specific wiring diagram for your model (EP, WP, or WPB).
- Separate power supply: Carefully separate the power supply unit from the control board cable.
- Mount the power supply: Screw the power supply unit into the 86mm wall box.
- Connect control board: Connect the control board to the power board line, aligning the buckle at a 30-degree angle to complete the installation.

- TGW60-EP (16A): Used for electric heating appliances such as heating film, heating cable, and heating mats. Includes a floor sensor.

7. Operation Instructions
This section details the basic operation of your TGW60 Series Smart Thermostat.

Basic Operations:
- Power On/Off: Press the Ⓢ button to turn the thermostat on or off.
- Set Temperature: Press the ^ (up) or ∨ (down) buttons to adjust the desired temperature.
- Switch Modes: Press the M key to switch between Manual mode and Away mode.
- Manual Mode: Indicated by a hand icon (👋) on the screen. This is a non-programmable mode where the temperature is set manually.
- Away Mode: Indicated by a suitcase icon (🏠) on the screen. One click sets the temperature to 16°C (default anti-freeze temperature).
- Set Child Lock: Simultaneously press and hold the ^ (up) and ∨ (down) buttons for 5 seconds to activate or deactivate the child lock. A lock icon (🔒) will appear when active.
- Wi-Fi Link: While the thermostat is powered on, press and hold the ^ (up) key for 5-8 seconds. The Wi-Fi icon (📶) will flash on the screen, indicating the thermostat is in code matching state for app connection.

- The default temperature for period 3 and period 4 is the same as period 2. Please change it according to your preference.
- Do not set the last time point of each day beyond 23:59.

Preparation before Wi-Fi connection:
- Download APP:
For iOS: Log in to the App Store, search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life", and download it to your iPhone.
For Android: Log in to Google Play, search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life", and download it to your phone.

- Register Account: If you don't have an app account, register using your mobile number or email. Follow the on-screen prompts, including agreeing to the privacy policy and setting a password.
- Activate Thermostat Wi-Fi Module: With the thermostat powered on, press and hold the ^ (up) button for 5 seconds. The Wi-Fi icon will flash, indicating it's in code matching state.
- Add Device: Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) are enabled. Open the Tuya Smart app. The app may automatically detect the device, or you can manually add it by clicking "Add Device" or "+" and selecting the temperature control product (Bluetooth + Wi-Fi model) under "Small Home Appliances". Follow the prompts to enter your Wi-Fi network name and password (ensure no special characters). The app will then add the device.

10. Troubleshooting
Sensor Error:
- If an external sensor is not connected, do not set the sensor selection (Display Code 02 in Advanced Settings) to "ALL" or "OUT". Doing so will cause "Er" to appear on the screen, and the thermostat will stop heating until the problem is resolved.
- If there is any error with the connected sensor, "Er" will also appear on the screen. Check the sensor connection and ensure it is functioning correctly.
General Issues:
- Thermostat not responding: Check if the power supply is connected correctly and if the device is turned on.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. Verify the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct. Try restarting your router and the thermostat.
- Inaccurate temperature readings: Check the temperature calibration setting (Display Code 01) in advanced settings. Ensure the sensor is correctly placed and not obstructed.
