Components Overview
Familiarize yourself with the parts of your electric steamer:

- Base Unit with Water Reservoir and Heating Element
- Steaming Trays (x2)
- Lid
- Timer Dial
- Power Indicator Light
Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the steamer.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the steaming trays and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth.
- Assembly: Place the base unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Stack the steaming trays on top of the base unit, ensuring they are properly aligned. Place the lid on the top steaming tray.
- Placement: Ensure the steamer is placed on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper steam ventilation.
Operating Instructions

- Fill Water Reservoir: Remove the steaming trays and lid. Fill the water reservoir in the base unit with clean water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Add Food: Place your desired food items into the steaming trays. You can use one or both trays depending on the quantity of food. For best results, place foods that require longer cooking times in the bottom tray.
- Assemble Steamer: Stack the filled steaming trays onto the base unit, then place the lid securely on top.
- Set Timer: Plug the steamer into a 220-240V ~ 50Hz electrical outlet. Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The power indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the steamer is operating.
- Cooking: Steam will begin to generate. The power indicator light will remain on during the steaming process.
- Completion: Once the set time has elapsed, the steamer will automatically turn off, and the power indicator light will extinguish.
- Serve: Carefully remove the lid (steam will be hot!) and then the steaming trays using oven mitts. Serve the cooked food immediately.

User Tips
- For even cooking, cut food into similar-sized pieces.
- Do not open the lid frequently during cooking, as this releases steam and prolongs cooking time.
- Always ensure there is enough water in the reservoir for the entire cooking cycle.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your steamer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the steamer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash Removable Parts: The steaming trays and lid are removable and can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts may also be dishwasher safe (check product markings for confirmation).
- Clean Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate in the water reservoir. To descale, fill the reservoir with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes, then empty and rinse thoroughly. Do not heat the vinegar solution.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the steamer in a cool, dry place.
