  • Clean the devices with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents.
  • Store the system in the provided carry case when not in use to protect it from dust and damage.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • Pairing Failure: Ensure the IR sensors on the transmitter and receiver are closely aligned during the pairing process.
  • Poor Signal: Do not block the antenna position. Adjust the foldable antennas on both the transmitter and receiver to an appropriate angle for optimal signal strength.
  • Auto Scan Failure: Make sure the receiver's antenna is fully unfolded when performing an auto scan.
  • No Audio Output: Check all cable connections (TRS-TRS, TRS-TRRS, TRS-XLR) to ensure they are securely plugged into the correct ports on both the receiver and your recording device. Verify the gain levels on the receiver are not set too low or muted.
  • Low Battery Life: The system supports charging while in use. Ensure devices are fully charged before extended recording sessions.
