Installation Guidance

Installation steps vary by vehicle and kit. Always follow the packing list and any kit-specific wiring diagram provided with your order. In general:

• Remove the original unit using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Connect the dedicated harness (do not cut OEM wiring).
• Connect accessories as needed (GPS antenna, USB, microphone, camera input, etc.).
• Mount the unit securely and test all functions before reassembling trims.
• Installation is simple for DIY users. Just remove your factory radio, install the new unit using the provided frame and harness, and plug everything in - no cutting or splicing required.
• The package includes a factory-style frame and plug-and-play harness to ensure a seamless and clean fit with your original dashboard.
• Scan the QR code on the service card inside the package to access a step-by-step installation and operation manual.

Important Notes on Wiring: Starting from now, analog AV input/output ports on socket B are optional and will not be included by default, since most users do not require these connections. Removing unused cables helps simplify installation and avoid unnecessary wiring. However, the head unit itself still supports video input and output functionality. If you require these optional AV cables, please leave a message when placing your order. If you have already installed or plan to install an aftermarket external amplifier, please contact us first for detailed compatibility information before placing your order. The diagrams provided here are general reference illustrations. Actual power cables and CANBUS decoders provided with your head unit may vary depending on your specific vehicle model and configuration.

DSP Audio Processor

The 48-band EQ setting offers precise tuning for an exceptional listening experience! Camera Features

Some SH-series models support rear camera input for CVBS and/or AHD signals. Actual compatibility depends on the camera type, wiring, and settings. If a special camera kit is included in your order, please follow the kit instructions and packing list.

• Q: Why don't you provide a paper user manual?
  A: We no longer provide printed user manuals because videos and images are more effective for customer understanding. Product updates are frequent, and providing digital guides allows us to keep information up to date. You will receive a link to the installation and operation guide via the AliExpress message system after your order ships. Please refer to the files in the package, which also includes a warranty card with contact details for technical support.
• Q: How can I get technical support? Can I update the Android system?
  A: For technical support, please contact us through the warranty card or leave a message in AliExpress. We will respond within 24 hours. We frequently update the system to fix bugs, and you can follow our official store to receive updates automatically.
• Q: Will you preload navigation maps for me? How can I update them?
  A: We preload Google Maps on your device. You can also download and install local navigation apps from the Google Play Store. If you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance.
• Q: Does it support my local SIM card?
  A: The device supports most 4G network bands, but it does not support hot-plugging. Please power off the device before inserting your SIM card, then turn it on again after installation.
• Q: Does it support car pillow/headrest screen display?
  A: No, it doesn’t support this feature as it lacks video output. However, you can purchase a USB video output conversion dongle to enable this feature. It supports up to 1024x600 resolution. Contact us for more details.

Vehicle Compatibility

• Nissan NP300 Navara / Navara (D23, 2014–Present)
• Renault Alaskan (L34, 2017–Present)
• (Navara and Alaskan share identical audio systems and OEM panels.)
• Supports both Left-hand Drive (LHD) and Right-hand Drive (RHD).
• Older models (D21, D22, D40) are currently not supported.

Important Notice on Facelifted Models (2018–2019): We found a mid-cycle facelift occurred around 2018–2019 for the NP300 Navara and Renault Alaskan. This update does not change the physical dimensions of the radio itself, but the OEM screen size and internal wiring connections differ slightly. We provide two options to ensure correct compatibility: "A" version (2014–2018) for OEM radio with smaller screen size, and "B" Facelift version (2019–Present) for OEM radio with larger screen size. Please carefully check our provided photos before ordering to ensure you select the correct version.

• For optimal performance, consider models with 8-core CPUs and higher RAM/ROM configurations (e.g., 4G+64G or 8G+128G).
• Verify system specifications using apps like CPU-Z or Aida64.
• Always power off the device before inserting or removing the SIM card.
• If you need optional analog AV input/output cables, specify this when ordering.
