2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Presets: Fries, Wings, Fish, Chicken, Pizza, Kebab, Broil, Grill, Bake, Toast, Dehydrate.
  • Manual Controls: Menu, Rotisserie, Manual, Light, Keep Warm, Pre-Heat.
  • Heating Elements Indicators: Shows which heating elements (top, bottom, or both) are active.

5. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Clean the interior and all accessories (drip tray, mesh basket, etc.) with hot water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back, sides, and above the appliance for proper ventilation.
  4. First Use (Burn-in): Before cooking food, run the air fryer oven empty for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C (390°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Operation

  1. Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V).
  2. Place food in the appropriate accessory (e.g., mesh basket, wire rack, rolling cage) and insert it into the oven.
  3. Close the oven door securely.
  4. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  5. Select a preset function or manually set the temperature and time.
  6. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  7. The built-in light can be turned on/off to check cooking progress.
  8. The appliance will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove food using the cage tong or oven mitts.

6.3 Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment

To manually set or adjust cooking parameters:

  1. After turning on the appliance, press the "Manual" button.
  2. Use the temperature adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired temperature (50-220°C).
  3. Use the time adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired cooking time (0-120 minutes).
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

6.5 Rotisserie Function

To use the rotisserie function for roasting a whole chicken or other large cuts of meat:

  1. Secure the food onto the rotisserie forks.
  2. Insert the rotisserie assembly into the designated slots inside the oven.
  3. Select a suitable preset (e.g., "Chicken") or manually set the temperature and time.
  4. Press the "Rotisserie" button on the control panel to activate rotation.
  5. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking.

6.6 Dehydrate Function

The dehydrate function allows you to make dried fruits, vegetables, and jerky.

  1. Prepare your food for dehydration (e.g., slice fruits thinly).
  2. Arrange food on the mesh basket or wire rack, ensuring even spacing for air circulation.
  3. Insert the racks into the oven.
  4. Select the "Dehydrate" preset.
  5. Adjust time and temperature if necessary (refer to specific dehydration recipes).
  6. Press Start/Pause to begin.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
