Upon receiving your Y50 TWS Earphones, it is crucial to charge the earphone charging box for at least 30 minutes before first use. Due to long-term transportation, the earphones may be powered off or have low battery. This initial charge ensures proper functionality.
**Important:** Before charging, remove the blue protective film from the charging contacts on each earphone. This film prevents proper charging if not removed.

1.2 Pairing the Earphones
The Y50 TWS Earphones feature one-step pairing. Once you take them out of the charging case, they will automatically power on, pair with each other, and enter pairing mode for your device. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.

1.3 Reconnecting to Bluetooth
If you encounter issues where only one earphone is working, please follow these steps:
- Disconnect the Bluetooth connection from your mobile phone.
- Delete the previous connection record for the headset from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Place both earphones back into the charging case.
- Take them out again to re-enter pairing mode.
- Reconnect to the earphones via your phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Basic Controls
The Y50 TWS Earphones feature a multi-functional touch button on each earbud for easy control of music and calls.
- **Power On/Off**: Earphones automatically turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back in.
- **Answer Call**: Short press the multi-functional key once.
- **Reject Call**: Long press the multi-functional key.
- **Play/Pause Music**: Short press the multi-functional key once.
- **Next Song**: Double-click the multi-functional key.
- **Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant)**: Long press the multi-functional key for three seconds.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earphones and charging case. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
3.2 Water Resistance
The Y50 TWS Earphones are designed to be waterproof and sweatproof, making them suitable for sports and outdoor activities. However, they are not intended for swimming or prolonged submersion in water. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

3.3 Storage
When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures.
4. Troubleshooting
- **Earphones not charging**: Ensure the blue protective film has been removed from the charging contacts on the earphones. Verify the charging cable is securely connected and the charging case has power.
- **Only one earphone working**: Refer to section 1.3 "Reconnecting to Bluetooth" to reset and re-pair the earphones.
- **Cannot pair with device**:
- Ensure both earphones are fully charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
- Delete previous pairing records from your device.
- Place earphones back in the case, then take them out to initiate pairing mode.
- Search for "Y50" or similar in your device's Bluetooth settings and connect.
- **Low volume or poor sound quality**: Check the volume levels on both your device and the earphones. Ensure earphones are clean and properly seated in your ears.
