3. Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove the charging station and all accessories from the packaging.
- Connect Power: Insert the provided 1.2M power cable into the power cable interface on the back of the charging station.
- Plug In: Connect the other end of the power cable to a suitable wall outlet (100-240V~50/60Hz).
- Power On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position. The power indicator light should illuminate.
- Place Devices: Position your mobile phones, tablets, or other 5V USB devices into the integrated holder slots.
- Connect Devices: Use appropriate USB charging cables (ORICO charging cable or original cables are recommended) to connect your devices to the USB charging ports on the front of the station.

4. Operating Instructions
Once set up, the ORICO DUK-5P is ready for use. The smart detection IC in each port will automatically identify your device and deliver the optimal charging current up to 2.4A. The total maximum output for all 5 ports is 40W (8A).
- Ensure the charging station is powered on (indicator light is lit).
- Place your devices in the designated slots to keep them organized.
- Connect your devices to any of the five USB ports using a compatible USB cable.
- The charging process will begin automatically.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the charging station. Do not use chemical cleaning agents.

Common Issues and Solutions:
- Device not charging:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the charging station and the wall outlet.
- Verify that the power switch is in the 'ON' position and the power indicator light is illuminated.
- Check the USB cable connecting your device to the charging station for any damage or loose connections. Try a different cable if necessary.
- Ensure your device is compatible with 5V USB charging.
- Slow charging:
- While each port can output up to 2.4A, the total maximum output is 40W (8A). If multiple high-power devices are connected, the current may be distributed, leading to slower charging for some devices.
- Use high-quality USB cables, as poor-quality cables can restrict charging speed.
- Ensure your device supports the charging current provided by the port.
- Charging station feels warm:
- It is normal for the charging station to generate some heat during operation, especially when charging multiple devices.
- The device has intelligent temperature control and heat dissipation features. If the temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius, it will automatically cut off power for safety.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the charging station and avoid covering it.

If you connect five devices that each draw 2.4A, the total current would exceed 8A, and the charging station will intelligently distribute the available 8A among them, potentially reducing the charging speed for each device. For optimal speed, ensure the total current draw does not exceed 8A.
