1. Safety Information
Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation. Improper installation or use may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the device. Always ensure power is disconnected before performing any wiring or maintenance.
2. Product Overview
The Sinotimer SVP series automatic over-voltage and under-voltage protector is designed for single-phase AC 230V, 50/60Hz electrical systems. It provides protection against over-voltage and under-voltage conditions by instantaneously cutting off the power supply to prevent damage to electrical equipment. The device automatically restores power once the voltage returns to normal levels.
It features a single digital display for voltage measurement and indicator lights for operational status.

3. Setup and Installation
The SVP-60V protector is designed for 35mm DIN rail installation.
Wiring Diagram
Ensure all connections are secure and follow local electrical codes. Connect the incoming power to the 'IN' terminals and the load to the 'OUT' terminals as shown in the diagram below. The device is designed for single-phase AC 230V (or 120V depending on model) systems.

Initial Power-On
When first connecting the product, a brief delay is normal. You must wait approximately 1 minute after connection. The device will begin normal operation once the red indicator light turns off.
4. Operating Instructions
Functions
- Over-voltage protection: Disconnects power when voltage exceeds a set limit.
- Under-voltage protection: Disconnects power when voltage drops below a set limit.
- Automatic recovery: Automatically restores power once voltage returns to normal range after a set delay.
- Voltage display: Shows real-time voltage measurement on the digital display.
Indicator Lights
- Green (R/T): Indicates normal power supply.
- Red (U<): Indicates an under-voltage condition.
- Red (U>): Indicates an over-voltage condition.
Adjustable Parameters
The device allows for adjustment of various protection parameters. Refer to the Specifications section for default values and ranges.
Operation Demonstration
5. Maintenance
The Sinotimer SVP-60V is designed for reliable operation with minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect the device and its connections for any signs of wear, damage, or loose wiring. Ensure the area around the device is clean and free from dust or obstructions to maintain proper ventilation.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device does not turn on immediately after connection: This is normal. The device has a power-on delay. Wait approximately 1 minute for the red light to turn off and for the product to start working.
- Device trips frequently: Check your line voltage against the set over-voltage and under-voltage protection values. Adjust the settings if necessary to match your stable operating voltage range. Ensure the rated current of the device (40A or 63A) is appropriate for your load.
- No display or unresponsive: Verify that the input power supply is stable and within the operational range. Check all wiring connections for proper contact.
